Fairfield Inn & Suites Lansing at Eastwood

nice room

Breakfast was good Beds were stiff

Ehh I’ve been to better Fairfield’s for cheaper

Clean hotel with welcoming staff and practices. Good breakfast options. The water pressure was very low.

Nice breakfast, inside a big shopping mall, quiet location

Location; Breakfast; Customer Service; Comfort; Easy check in/out. Nothing that I can think of.

Newer facility in a recent development with shops and restaurants.

Exceptional

Clean room. Nice bathroom. Great location near shops and restaurants. Parking lot could use more well lit spots, especially in the back. Bed and pillows were really firm which my husband loved, but I did not. Woke up with back pain both mornings.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast .. There was a surge of people who came at opening (7 am) and I don't think they were ready for them. When we got there at 7:10 there were no plates or regular coffee. I had to wait 15 minutes for coffee.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Location. It’s a bit away from everything. If you don’t have a car, you’ll spend a decent amount on Uber or Lyft.

My only issue is they only clean every three days, trash was an issue. :That was it.

Superb

We traveled with two little kids so picking a hotel that had breakfast was essential. The first day we went down it was 8 am breakfast ended at 10 am. Things were cold and they were running out of items. We grabbed a few things and headed out for the day. The chairs ripping and tables gross. Second day we made it at 8:30 breakfast ended at 10 am. We arrived to nothing being stocked. No milk. No fruit. No bread or bagels we basically had oatmeal or sausage and gravy she finally filled the eggs at the end. The staff was not filling items at all. We observed them sitting on their phones in the kitchen are while things were remaining empty. The food is not good. The sausage rubbery and oatmeal clumpy. Honestly this set the tone for the stay. We ended up moving hotels on day 3 and had a much better stay at the Hyatt right by this Fairfield. My advice skip it and stay else where.

Room is cleaned every other day. This means that we go for 2 days accumulating trash.

Everything was great.

Great location and close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was average but ran out of milk, yogurt, cream cheese etc. Check in staff were helpful. Free streaming buffered continuously.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Great location, close to Michigan State University.
