Fairfield Inn & Suites Lansing at Eastwood

The room was clean, staff were lovely and thebreakfast was good. The hotel is located near grocery stores, restaurants , and shopping centers.

This was my second time staying at the property. The location was ideal because the shops and restaurants were in close proximity to the hotel.

Excellent stay at Fairfield. Easily accessible from 127. Our room was very clean and the shower was amazing! Highly recommended!

Clean location

Coffee machine was broken in breakfast room and no coffee was available. Hotel did not make effort to replace, for example could have provided small Keurig machine to all guests.

Bathroom and bedroom was clean. Actual bathroom fixtures wear shining. Good supply of towels and toiletries also. Lots of shops nearby - Walmart and fine clothing stores - The Gap, Victoria Secret etc. Hotel located in Eastwood shopping area with wonderful restaurants in Eastwood shopping area along with other restaurants down the street on Lansing St. Blvd. There is also a bank close by.

Room was not stocked with toiletries and had to go down to the counter to get the rest of the toiletries. Bathroom looked like it had been remodeled but not done well.

Breakfast was amazing.. all the staffing was amazing The bathroom could use a fan, also better water pressure for shower.

The Team Member at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful Only 2 luggage carriers which were used by a guest and kept in their room! The breakfast offered was average and not well stocked, Only 1 coffee pumper available so there was very little coffee available during the breakfast hours. Only one person working the breakfast room which might explain why they were not very pleasant! If the hotel is sold out, there should be more than 1 person to accommodate breakfast for that many people!

Nothing The bed is very uncomfortable, and the room is extremely noisy. There has been truck noise all night, and the air conditioner is also very loud. I haven’t been able to sleep at all.

Pool was good. Restock of breakfast items very slow. No towels at pool and no hot tub available. No USB ports in room.

The bathroom was very clean The mattress was a little bit thin , on Monday breakfast wasn’t serve at 9 am

It’s an excellent property in every aspect!

The room was excellent with the exception of the tv in the bedroom. We couldn’t get it to work. We watched the tv in the sitting room, but couldn’t get all of the channels as advertised. The breakfast was mediocre. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and the room was quiet.

Quiet location They will not make the room on my second day even upon request, they claimed that they were out of fresh towels and waiting for supplies, the room had only two tissue papers and the house keeper was out of Kleenex tissues, no plastic knives on the breakfast buffet for two days. Receptionists are not helping guest needs. Very unprofessional management
