Comfortable, clean, spacious room! Great breakfast options too

It’s an excellent property in every aspect!

The room was excellent with the exception of the tv in the bedroom. We couldn’t get it to work. We watched the tv in the sitting room, but couldn’t get all of the channels as advertised. The breakfast was mediocre. Bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and the room was quiet.

Air conditioner caused flooding in the room. Was reported twice to management. There were no other rooms available. Management assured I would receive a credit. As of this time, no reimbursement.

Outstanding experience - staff is wonderful and rooms are clean, bright, well-maintained and beds comfortable. Will stay again!

The location was great. Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean and it was very quiet all night.

The staff was helpful in getting my reservation switched because it never came through from Booking.com They never received my booking so I’ve been charge twice

The employees are all very nice and helpful. However, there seemed to be only one person working in the complimentary breakfast. I went down twice both mornings of our stay to find that the hot eggs, meat, and /or sausage gravy and biscuits were not refilled.

Breakfast was disappointing, food and coffee not replenished, and at 8am, during the peak hours.

Location was great. Right off the freeway and near stores and places to eat. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffle and breakfast bread selections. More than one ice machine was a bonus. Room and hallways were clean and taken care of. Little more detail on follow up of keeping breakfast area neat after multiple guest use (lack of thought of guests using the area was evident and not the hotel staff fault-poor guest manners). Plates and cutlery were off to the side away from breakfast selections which wasn't clearly seen in the first visit.

They kept running out of hot breakfast items and staff was slow to replace them.

All fresh good service. Yo our surprise same quality as Courtyard but less expensive@

Front desk provided excellent customer service. Plenty of shops nearby.

They gave me a room which was already occupied and then gave me room which was not very clean

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, we were quite disappointed with the size of the pool and pool area, but all in all a great spot for groups with kids.
