The staff is not only friendly, but they ask if they can make you more comfortable, get you an additional breakfast item, etc. We've stayed 5 nights on 3 occasions.

Loved our stay!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The only bad thing was we couldn’t stay longer

I ended up speaking with management, and he was much more reasonable, and did take some of the price off the room for her behavior. Mind you, we had talked to her at the front desk (with the dog) to borrow the grilling equipment and she never mentioned any issues. Although, she did give us dirty looks when my son was wheeling in his secured gun case. After speaking with several other families all in town for USA Clay Bird National Competition, several had reported the hotel staff to be very rude. I think it is just a leftist/antigun population and this was their way of making their beliefs known. Which is sad, because this competition brings lots of business to all the surrounding towns. We are already planning our trip for next year, and will absolutely NOT be staying here again.

This is a relatively new hotel and everything was just wonderful. The room exceeded our expectations and it was great to have a full kitchen while staying somewhere for four days. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well-kept. Breakfast was good with choices for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Clean rooms, good breakfast. Very friendly helpful staff. Gave a great recommendation for dinner. Offered and called to make reservations for our group.

When we arrived and were assigned our room there was an unusual smell and we believed it was coming from the AC unit. We originally thought is was temporary but unfortunately after 30 minutes the smell was still quite overwhelming. We had taken our concerns to the front desk. They were genuinely concerned for us; profusely apologized and instantly assigned a new room to us. My family and I decided if we were going to return in the future to visit our relatives, this would be the hotel for us. The breakfast was your typical breakfast for a hotel with a pleasant surprise of quiche on the buffet on our last day. Staff for the breakfast area went out of their way to assist any quest and was exceptionally personable. I would highly recommend booking your stay at this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lansing. The hotel was clean and if by chance a spill or mess is made in the common area, it was immediately cleaned up. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left. Breakfast consisted of typical hotel breakfast food which was good; however the staff was very attentive to the needs of food and people which made it an even greater experience. The pool area was clean and towels as well as pool toys were available. The rooms had kitchenette area for food prep and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping stores in case you needed extra items forgotten. Overall, we are so glad we chose this hotel to stay at.

From our first step into the hotel to the last wave goodbye, the staff was beyond excellent. The front desk people were very helpful, especially with ideas of things to do in the Lansing area. But the best part of the stay was Deborah "The Breakfast Queen". She made coming down for breakfast like coming to eat at Mom's house. She took interest in where we were from, what we wanted to eat, and made sure that our needs were being met. She also looked like she really enjoyed what she was doing, unlike some people at other hotels who don't even care if you are there. All hotels need someone like her handling the breakfast duties.

Rooms need a little more attention to detail not saying they were horrible but when you bend down to pick something up off floor and there is stuff under the nightstand area or under the sofa and in the sofa…. But I get sometimes stuff happens you have lots of rooms short staffed ect!! Staff is always friendly and amazing

Conveniently located. Everything was clean and well kept, breakfast was great. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Property was great, could hear people above us stomping around on the floor.

Went here for a mini staycation with family and 4 kiddos. Place is clean, bright, and very family friendly. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful and continuously restocked. Would stay here again!
