Easy and a perfect location

What amenities? We had to ask for a bar of soap. Beds were terrible. My husband had to go out and buy a pillow. No automatic doors entering.

Simple and clean

After checked out an extra charge taken from my card, wasn't advised of any extra charges when left and no receipt send for why funds taken.

No breakfast, the guy at front desk was amazing, short female with the glasses was rather rude. It was a nice lil hotel The front desk lady when we checked in was already complaining about work when we rolled up,

This extended stay hotel has been our choice for the past three years of trips to Lansing. It is also pet friendly. Staff has been good. Property has been maintained and very good rates

The property itself is fairly new (I believe a couple of years) beautiful and it is set just enough away and in the perfect neighborhood from the noise of the city but within 2 minutes of two different freeways, a giant outlet-ish mall, Meijer, Kroger and any restaurant you could think of. The grounds are surrounded by woods that provide a noise blocking and gorgeous view/feel. The room is gorgeous, clean and has enormous space. The kitchenette is the real deal-no mini fridge etc-with a full size refrigerator, deep kitchen sink with nozzle extension, a smooth top 2 burner stovetop, a large microwave and a very large tv that has a ton of channels-including HBO-and allows to switch HDMI to hook up an Apple TV or Roku, video games etc. The internet gets its own category because it is better than most homes in terms of consistent connection, no dead spots and upload speeds rivaling mine at home. The in-building laundry room is right off of the elevator and a full load (not a mini washer or dryer like some places) is $3. You pay and activate with an app on your phone and it has alerts telling you when it is done, how many minutes etc. I rarely write these but this deserved it. Kudos!

I was very in and out, only staying one night. Didn't love the major dust bunnies under the desk right across from the bed, but other than that everything was very clean. I actually thought the bed was super comfortable and I slept the best I ever have in a hotel.. which is rare.

Clean bathroom

Nice ,spacious, and clean space. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower curtain, too old and doesn’t look very clean.

Room smell like chemicals. Very strong chorine
