Clean bathroom

Nice ,spacious, and clean space. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower curtain, too old and doesn’t look very clean.

We were not provided with any pillows or soap for the bathrooms and when we ask the staff to give us more pillows, they said that they couldn’t. The entire building smelled really bad and there was broken windows with glass out in the open 0/10 would never come here again.

My bigger concern was a water leak in one of our rooms (Room 120). It appeared to be an ongoing issue rather than something that had just occurred. When I reported a puddle of water outside our door, the front desk staff responded by mopping it up, but this only left the floor more slippery. The following day, I spoke with another staff member who informed me that they were already aware of the leak. That was disappointing to hear, as the room was still being rented despite the known issue. Additionally, there was visible water damage on the wall near an electrical panel, which raised safety concerns for me. Overall, while the cleanliness issues were frustrating, the decision to rent a room with a known water leak was the most concerning part of our stay.

Humble but clean establishment

Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was spacious, clean and had every appliance needed to make my stay comfortable. I really recommend it.

We needed a two day stay on short notice. The fact that we also needed a place that would take cats complicated things. The staff were super helpful and they had no problem accomadating us on short notice. If you're looking for something high end, this isn't the place, but if you want something dependable at a decent price this is a good choice for you.

There is not an ounce of doubt, in my mind, that this location will be the one I use whenever I am in the area for work. The location is right by a Meijer, restaurants and other big box shopping locations, but it is also tucked away where you're not bothered by the noise or traffic. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! They were more than accommodating from the moment I checked in. Some are bothered by the process of having to call or use a kiosk, but it is absolutely not anything to hold against the staff here. Customer Service is an art that many no longer hold, but this location has not forgotten what's important and they are literally top notch.

Room was dirty. Lots of noise coming from other rooms and had to wait for someone to check us in when we arrived at 930pm.

Everything was great, my only suggestion is maybe adding shampoo and conditioner to the bathroom. But everything was great

It was priced well. It also had good water pressure in the shower. The room was dirty. The front desk was not staffed 24/7. There was no shampoo in the rooms.

We got this room last minute. We did come in late at night but the staff wasn’t to helpful. Had the front desk closed off and not just late at night, but still in the morning at ten to nine. There was actually a fed ex guy there waiting for someone to take the package along with a couple other customers trying to figure out how to get a receipt for their stay. Kitchen set up would have been better if it had utensils and cookware. Fridge worked so that was the plus for us. It was not clean. Hair and stickers along w pimple stickers stuck all over. There was a scent package that was stuffed between the light and mirror in our bathroom which smelled funny. Beds only had two very small pillows on each bed when most hotels would have four on each bed. I will say that outside the landscape was very nice. But the management and cleaning staff need to do way better. One star is all I would give. I had better stays at the red roof

The room smelled like cigarettes and mold/moisture, stale and damp. Although the beds were made, the room was dusty and not vacuumed. Long hair was in the tub and on the floor throughout the room. I would not choose this location again.
