(It turns out that many different guests have been uploading photos and videos on online platforms and social media to criticize the hotel for poor hygiene, pest infestations, and harming tourists.) and the hotel's equipment is outdated and dilapidated. Also, the hotel management is extremely poor and unsatisfactory, treating hotel guests very badly.

Very clean hotel; staff were professional and helpful!

Breakfast They never returned my ID and when I asked about it, they said they couldn't find it.. they also charged me twice

Convenient location, phenomenal staff, quiet and comfortable, delicious breakfast and chocolate cookies in the afternoon! I also love the whiteboard at the entrance with the hand-drawn map of local restaurants done by the staff. It is very friendly, creative and extremely welcoming!

Clean and friendly staff The pool wasn't working

N/A Could barely sleep due to people in the lobby up partying until 1 AM. Was abruptly woken up at 6:30-7am by people doing some sort of yoga and BLASTING music in the lobby in front of the check in desk? Like wtf? I was in town for a work meeting and was barely able to sleep. Absolutely terrible. Will never return to this location again. Ever. Period.

Wonderful variable breakfast. Parking felt extremely safe and many slots.

Staff was wonderful with the exception of one housekeeper The fact that the pool was advertised and when we got there it was closed. That was the main reason we choose that location was because of the pool

However,, we still enjoyed the stay and definitely will recommend the property.

My bathroom sink was clogged I asked all week and no one fixed it

The fitness room is poorly stocked. It has treadmills and elliptical machines but very little for weight training.

Room was best up. Patches up holes in walls that were not painted. Some holes in walls not bored up. Door to room and bathroom did not fit well into door jam. Door to room had a crack that light shine in from hallway. Toilet did not flush away waste well.

In the end, I appreciate the staff responding to me when I addressed the situations, I was just disappointed in the mess that we observed and experienced.
