Hyatt Place Lansing - East

The parking garage/elevator had alittle trash. (I assumed staff hadn't gotten around to that) But everything was great!

Staff behavior was rude and very bad.

This was a clean, new, property in great condition. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

My room was on the top floor near the exit door. I could hear people late at night using the stairs and letting the exit door slam shut, which jolted me awake. Didn't partake of the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Ridiculous they charge $10/night to park in their own lot!

Great for what we needed and reasonable priced.

Did not like being charged $10 for parking. Hard to get out of the garage.

It took 17hrs to get our toilet fixed after we checked in. We called multiple times before they came to service it.

The area is also awesome, with tons of dining and shopping options within a short walk. I’ll be back!!

Great facility and amenities

The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. I wished there had been a microwave for our eating out leftovers. There was not much water pressure so showers were affected. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic…I missed having waffles…and there was little daily variety. We were charged $10 a day to park! I think that was outrageous!
