We booked a balcony room and didn’t get that and the tv just on the counter and the bedding wasn’t fully on the bed and the room reminded me more of a super 8 then the usual courtyard by Marriott we stay in

I’m usually a strong lover of most all Marriott chains or hotels, but this one needed serious help. The price was too high for the condition of the property. The room had a smell. The shower/tub was rust stained. The plug outlets on walls were so loose no block would stay plugged in. The ones built into the middle nightstand were all broken. We had to use the one plug by the mounted tv. The flip over inside door lock for a little added safety wasn’t there anymore-just holes from where it used to be. I like those bc I have had people accidentally given same room before and walk in or housekeeping knock once and just come in. Multiple times the entire hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. Just not great. My kids wanted to leave within the first hour. The staff were friendly! I went to get towels bc there were only 2 when booked for 4 people. They were kind and helpful. The breakfast I didn’t realize said it was for a fee, not continental. That is on me, but just to note for you! I never once saw it open though? Nice people, busy area, but horrible condition for the price.

Quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bistro was great! Loved the coffee.

We had several rooms there for family. Some had microwaves others didn’t. some had broken lights and some had better TVs but it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. I would stay there again except for I would make sure that I had a room that had functioning lights, TV and a microwave.

Nice stay, will be back soon

Clean room, fast check in. The pool was very cold though, not heated at all and no towels available, have to get them at the front desk.
-
The room was clean

The staff here were excellent, especially the maintenance and cleaning staff who were around throughout my stay. The property condition could have been better (damaged door frame in the bathroom and uneven parking lot) but the stay was otherwise great. The location was very convenient for me.

Hotel was damp and stinky. The pool water was cloudy and cold could not even swim.

Keys not working for rooms

Rooms were nice.

The inside of the hotel was extremely run down. The drywall was chipped all over, on the first and second floor. The smell inside was awful, it smelled like people were there smoking. I had 2 toddlers with me and we left after being there for 3 hours. We booked due to a power outage at our home and preferred returning home in the July heat instead of staying there. The hotel room wasn’t cleaned out as well as it should have been. The closest had a whole bunch of drywall dust, it covered the iron, iron board, hair dryer etc. The sink did not look wiped down. I understand trash cans are for trash, but they had no liner and were coated with a yellow layer of what looked like vomit. Again, we left after 3 hours because we couldn’t stand the smell and it was overall gross being there.

The was the best stay of the trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help make our stay great. 10/10 would recommend

They made me (handicap) walk to the furthest room from the ONLY elevator. I clearly had oxygen on and we had to call and ask for a closer room.
-
Staff was amazing, but property was terrible inside and outside..pool was closed most of the stay and when finally open ice cold..they are in middle of remodeling so half stuff didn't work, drains didn't drain, found rusty nails in pool area, put us all in the wrong rooms, took about 2 hours to finally find a room that we rented 2 months ago..terrible terrible place
-
The tv barely worked. Fixtures were missing. Baseboards were missing, wallpaper falling down.
-
Location No microwave. Ice cold pool
-
The location I didn’t have a microwave in my room, and the pool was ice cold.
-
Pool was closed, only reason I booked was because they said there was a open pool on site to get there to a closed pool, maintenance said it was open and then immediately the person at the counter said its closed very rudely....If you want a basic over-priced hotel...This is your place.

Pool wasn't open, dirty shower and no extra sheets for sofa bed
