Great stay!

Rm 231 love love love the housekeeping staff! The ladies are the bestez!! I want to thank Mr. Fix It, he came to repair the toilet (so I can flush now!) and replace the A/C unit (didn't know that was happening till housekeeping told me) That was great 👍 Say "Hi" to Jazz she is the bestest too!

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the expressway. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was dirty. They was cobwebs in all corners of the room. The air-conditioning was damaged on the on and off which made it worse for me to operate. The show handle was broken. The hotel shuttle was not it said on the website.

I stayed here twice within two weeks and Jazz was simply AMAZING! I love the room upgrades. Much better looking since I was last here about a year ago. I look forward to returning, can’t wait to see Jazz again. Thank you for all that you do (she does a lot).

You should definitely read the reviews and not go by the pictures on the site, it was very old. First room tv didn't work, there was no mini fridge, there was no microwave. Second room we got moved to, roach in bathroom tub, tub faucet felt like it was about to come off and hanging on with some glue, curtain too short for the window. They patch up holes with caulk, there was so much caulk in the bathroom walls and floor. When I got off shuttle bus from airport, the driver said "be careful ma'am this is a really bad area". People just hanging out in the front and lobby with the front desk person who seemed to be friends with her. This could have very well been a $40 a night hotel room. Def not what I paid for.

This is truly a “you get what you pay for” space. Dead roaches on the bathroom floor. Outlets that didn’t work. Armed security outside. My biggest grip was that they offered shuttle service. I called the hotel when I landed to request shuttle service and he directed me where to meet. After I got through baggage claim, we waited and waited, I called him again for him to tell me it’s still running. Never came. Called my own ride but don’t advise the free service and then lie to me and say he’s coming when nobody was running the shuttle bus. I now see why it was rated so poorly.

Everything is ok a little out dated but ok morning staff was very helpful

Housekeeping Staff is awesome as always and Jazz at the desk is amazing, make sure you stop by when you see her and say "HI "

The front desk check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious but the exterior and front of the property is not well maintained or inviting.

I didn’t like all the stray people hanging around. Refrigerator was broken. Didn’t work microwave. One of the legs was missing wouldn’t stay balanced and the hotel shadow wouldn’t take you anywhere just the airport.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Shuttle service stops at 11:30 PM which I wasn’t told nor was stated anywhere. A $60 deposit was demanded at check-in. Floors were disgusting. Remote did not work as well as the TV did not work. Air conditioner was unable to be changed. Curtains were held back by a paper type of clip. The shower at 6 o’clock in the morning already had no hot water. Request for shuttle at 6:30 was not available after being told it would be. Coffee pot in the lobby was locked. Overall probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life. When speaking to an Expedia representative on the phone, I was offered a $15 credit doubtful to ever use Expedia again unless something can be resolved was told no refunds given unless done by the hotel well obviously they’re not going to give me a refund. They were horrible.

The elevator was out. The 2nd floor had a smell. No microwave no coffee pot.. No ironing board or iron.

I can never say enough on how much housekeeping and Jazz are the best!

For the price it was ok... But the shower was very lukewarm though that's my only complaint

Charged an extra $60 dollars i believed was a damage hold when nothing was broke. Also billed for additional taxes after that was paid for through expedia.
