Old hotel, abandoned building on property.

I was their four nights. The elevator was not working and my wife has a handicap which makes navigating stairs very difficult. My socks were filthy from walking on the carpet in my room. I saw three roaches. The thought of roaches made it difficult to sleep. A serious amount of money went missing from my suitcase, I'm still waitng for the manager to contact me.

Staff is always nice and helpful and always cleaning. "The Ladies of Housekeeping" are always on top of everything and are the best!!

The property was filthy. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The stairway smelled like marajuana. There was no elevator. The room had bed bugs.

Something was missing and they replaced it with no problem Everything was OK

The staff was kind carried my bags downstairs because elevator was broken. The sheets were clean, I checked the mattress and found nothing scary. The room was missing all chairs shown in pictures. The shower had hot water but broken pieces. The property is dated and looks uncared for with stains on furniture and carpets throughout. I booked a nonsmoking room but it came with an ashtray. Shuttle driver friendly but had trouble guessing the shuttle was for my hotel as there was only Days Inn on van(drivers run multiple hotels) other vans that had Days Inn by Wyndham listed on shuttles were not for this hotel. I arrived late left early so it worked for 1 night but I would not choose this hotel again.

This “hotel” should come with a warning. The smell of marihuana and the constant police presence says it all.

First let’s start with.. this hotel is 30 minutes from Atlanta! Not anywhere near it. The pictures online are not their hotel. It’s literally ghetto as crap and disgusting. Roaches everywhere.. the halls smell like weed. Drug dealers walking around all night long so you can’t leave your room. Got put in a hallway that was “non smoking” yet all night and day the halls smelled like weed and the room.. the air conditioner didn’t work properly. We spent almost the entire time outside the room. And apparently they hadn’t noticed we came back and someone walks RIGHT INTO MY ROOM from the desk… not for house keeping etc.. never said why. I said “we’re in here” and she walked out.. I complain about bugs and the smell.. and go to check out and THEY REFUSE MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE IT SMELLS LIKE WEED!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I gave them cash or I would file a charge back! Then they get the “manager” who comes out one of the rooms that smell like weed and refuses to give me my money. To be clear, I stripped our beds, wiped everything down, cleaned everything and put everything in piles to be washed. I literally did their job so they could steal from me.

The property was ok I just think the door could have been more secure.

This bulding is old and In need of some work. The staff do their best at maintaining the property as best as they can. They are always cleaning something somewhere and are very polite and helpful. " The Ladies of Housekeeping", as I call them are the best ever! And Jazz at the desk...you couldn't find a better than her to do what she does!!

Nothing to mention! Cockroaches in the room, a heavy sweat-like smell as soon as we entered, and a hallway carpet that was extremely dirty with a terrible odor. After a long drive, this was the last thing we expected. The room was simply not acceptable, and we couldn’t stay even for five minutes. We also noticed couple of outsiders were staying around the corner of the second-floor hallway, which added to our discomfort. We immediately left and booked another hotel. Very disappointing experience, especially considering we had just completed a long drive. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

Everything about this property was filthy. Even the hotel shuttle was filthy. It smelled of urine. There were dead roaches everywhere. There were ppl of all size and ages walking around bare foot & without pants on, down the halls and outside. There’s no elevators so you have to take the stairs to the third floor. I should’ve known that this place was going to be horrible when I saw all the signs saying you couldn’t get a refund because you didn’t like the room. That was very telling and I should’ve followed my intuition and turned back around immediately. DONT STAY HERE!

The only good thing was that we kept our car there during our trip for $30, so cheapest around here & It was very clean/put together in the actual room area. BUT everything else was awful. - When we checked in our door would not unlock so we had to walk back downstairs (oh & the elevator was broken too, so any disables/elderly good luck) and the guy had to let us in. He had to help another guest do this as well - At 2AM!!! the same front desk man came banging on our door saying he put us in the wrong one and was making us feel like the bad guys demanding our name that was on the reservation. Mind you, two women getting our door banged on in the middle of the night. - We went back to sleep and someone came banging on it, trying to open the door, again an hour later, so needless to say we were creeped out. - The supposed free shuttle was an hour late, even though us & another guest reserved it the night before ! If we hadn’t planned ahead we would’ve missed our flight because of this. - All around uncomfy/weird place to be. Full of men in groups, Shirtless guys, Etc. - There was also no breakfast as advertised. - We paid $140 total, so definitely wasn’t expecting much but it was definitely an unsafe, unpleasant experience. Spend the extra $50 somewhere else for your sake. 0/10 would recommend !!

I have no problems with my room. The bed is great, the A/C is running cold and the room is cozy. Housekeeping does a fabolous job! Jazz at the front desk is amazing too!
