Staff were extremely friendly upon check-in We were placed in a handicap room and didn't need those type of accommodations. It wasn't terrible so I didn't complain. I also liked the motorized window shades.

The room was quiet and clean and everything looked new. The pool was small but its a great amenity. This hotel has great value. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I really didn't have any issues with anything. Really everything was great.

It is a new property built in 2022. Well maintained and clean. Room was big. Not far from Chattanooga downtown. Close to restaurants like Jonathan. It has a swimming pool and grilling area. Interior in the room very well decorated. Bathroom has shampoo conditioner and bath soap but no body lotion. The breakfast was good with waffles oatmeal toast potato egg fruits etc there. Lot of seating arrangements. Parking is free and on site. Loved the property

I am unsure how anyone could give this hotel anything less than a 10/10 star rating. Our family stayed here only one night as a halfway point from Florida to Michigan. I booked this hotel based on their rating on Booking.com and Google. We enjoyed this location so much, we are considering a trip to Chatanooga just to stay here again! The hotel is very modern and extremely clean. The rooms are large with many features. In the breakfast area is a large dry erase bored with the day's temperature along with activities and sights to see in the area. Continental breakfast had many options including items for those with dietary restrictions.

Price got its value. Include free parking and breakfast. Tv remote never worked even after changing two rooms. Phone service thats connected to customer service was connected to wrong extension. So everytime we need something we had to go downstairs. Overall its decent stay for $160

Spent the weekend in Chattanooga and stayed at this exceptional hotel. The staff at check in and check out were incredibly friendly and professional. The room was fantastic. Extremely clean and really checked every box. Nice kitchenette, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and bedding, large flat screen and additional furniture. We used the pool and it was a salt water pool. Very enjoyable on a hot summer day. One feature I really liked was off the main hallway was a small hallway with the entrance to two rooms. It really helped with the peace and quiet. The free breakfast was outstanding. Lots of high end choices and beverages. The waffle machine is great. We thoroughly enjoyed this modern hotel and highly recommend a stay. It may cost a little more but you'll know where the money went. Nothing comes to mind.
