Good area..

A bit embarrassed cuz other guests were at the desk. And good thing we have a text message alert that showed the transaction.

It was a little noisy in the room, I think it was from the air conditioner, but we liked everything else, everything was clean and nice.

I gave 4 star for the amenity due to the pool. Its much smaller than it looks and its veryyy cold. We thought it was a great benefit, however, too cold to use. Other than this, we still very much enjoy our stay.

Very disappointing. When I asked the front desk about it, she wasn't nice or even act understanding. She simply said the pool not working is posted on their website and I should've checked it. So O did check it later that day. There is no notice on the courtyard by Marriott website about the pool not functioning currently by the way. Also, I booked a king bed with a sleeper sofa and they only had a queen bed with sofa. I felt deceived.

Property is in a great area! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Front desk staff on check out, charged almost $900 on my credit card for a pre-paid room that they were already holding a $100 deposit for. When questioned the staff member was so unconcerned and said she did not understand the new system that was just implemented. We were told she would talk to the manager later in the evening to fix it. She had marriott bags of bottled water behind the counter on display, typically for marriott members. We asked for two bottles of water, one for my husband and I. The same woman started on about we don’t give out water, after she already gave it to us. Just bad behavior in my opinion after the mishap with my credit card, this should have been a non issue.

If my families or friends come to visit New York city I will introduce them to stay at countyard by marroit

Friendly staff and clean hotel. Breakfast not included and was over $30 for 2 people. The hotel was advertised having a pool which is why we chose this place and then we go to the pool and it’s completely drained under maintenance. Brushing our teeth at night and the bathroom facet falls off and breaks.

Short stay at this location was very basic. Nothing too impressive. Pool was under construction, no complimentary water bottles, and a fee for parking. The property was well maintained but for the price, the neighboring lodgings may offer more value.

The bedding is heavy for the winter. It’s cold without it but hot with it. Can’t sleep when it’s hot.

The staff was not there to even inform you.

The staff. Lamont at the front desk is amazing and friendly. It is nice to stay at a hotel where staff take time to have a conversation and ensure your needs are met. Not applicable

Staff was friendly, numerous fast food and restaurants in area. New parking fee which I was unaware of.
