Royal Park Hotel

I thought the location would make up for what it lacked It was bear bones. One glass. No phone in room. Didn’t feel clean. My fault for not paying close attention to the fact that it was a hostel

Price was high for the standard of rooms. Maybe this is new york city standard.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. Bedrooms and shared bathrooms were clean although very small. Staff were very helpful and kind. Common areas are very old. Hallways and stairs condition is very poor and old.

Location and price were exactly what I wanted/needed. Bed was very comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. Shared bathroom was not at all a hassle for me. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel for a quiet and peaceful night's sleep.

Location is perfect, 5min from Subway. Hitter was loud and wall in front the window.

Cleaness. No heat in room was cold and I couldn't sleep because I was cold. I reported this too front desk and told them I finally fell off to sleep @ day break and was tired requested too stay another night they said the room wasn't available that night. They didn

location was anazing. not a touristy area so a great location of its not your first time. sharing a bathroom isn't ideal but it isn't a hassle. still a great choice.

Horrible experience. The manager . Needs to go back and train on how to treat customers instead of waiting til the customer snaps and telling her how she should do her job .

Staff was very friendly, good location, free wifi, each room had a sink in it since there was no bathroom in the room (so I could easily take out my contact lenses) The bathroom was shared by several rooms in our section, so in the morning, there was a line of people waiting with their towels to shower, but I just needed to use the toilet.. I took showers at night to avoid this line, so it was manageable.

Our room was regularly cleaned, towels and sheets were always new, and shared bathrooms weren't a hassle. The elevator takes quite awhile to come. Once we're in it, sometimes it would get stuck in the middle.

it was 2min walk from the subway station and also from restaurants and cafes the Hotel was EXTREMELY DIRTY , there were cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom , SO Disgusting . I am so disappointed ! not to recommend anyway Cleanliness is a hotel's priority

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was a good deal. They helped me print my tickets for local attractions, and explained how to get around the city. Front door had a sign saying building deemed unsafe. Man at front desk said it was because they were missing a few fire extinguishers and smoke detectors in rooms being worked on. Our room had no smoke detector.

Nothing may be the location Not clean

There was absolutely nothing to like. Room did not look anything like in the display picture. No wash mouth or soap was provided. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Air conditioner was also very cheap. Sheets on the bed were poor quality.
