HI New York City - Hostel

A little hard to find towels, but everything you need is provided. Laundry machines available for a fee. I was pleasantly surprised to see everything was very clean and well maintained. Thanks for the stay and God bless!

Clean room

Whenever I plan to New York I visit this hostel. Pretty good

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas are nice with lots of lounge space, there's even an outdoor patio area. The room is clean and about how you'd expect. It was a nice touch to have a curtain by your bed for some privacy. The only place that wasn't clean was some toilets but that's probably due to some guests being inconsiderate of others. I would recommend for a hostel.

Awesome location closeby Central Park. Great facilities and clean. It’s a huge place so not very cosy, but otherwise nothing to complain about

The dorms are spacious, there was plenty of rooms and spaces for leisure and quiet time, good food. The bathrooms weren’t always kept sanitary.

the activities were good and helped me make new friends during my solo trip and the room and bed was comfortable the numerous cockroaches in the kitchen and that my food was thrown away prematurely

The place is not far away from the train, just one block. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice. Totally worth the price!

i loved everything. nice bathrooms, nice roomates and stay. deli is cool feature and always have something going on in regards to events. VERY good quality for the price. great experience. And secure!!! only thing is the elevator is VERY slow but that definitely does not take away from the overall greatness of the stay!!

It has curtains on beds and bathrooms are kept clean. Plenty of space to sit and very good kitchen area. Can get on subway line 1 from 103rd St station nearby. Always take the stairs, the lifts are bad. Honestly though, great place to stay and can't fault it.

Clean and easy. Linen, soap etc - everything what you need is available. A bit far from main locations, air condition was really cold.

Good for solo traveler!

It's affordability for a place in the city Non refundable and not able to reschedule. Maybe at least for returning people who book frequently

Location Expensive, Staff

The staff was very friendly and thorough in instructions and so welcoming I wish the bathrooms were a bit more cleaner but it wasn’t too bad

Nice and clean all around, with all of the facilities you need for the comfortable stay.

Loved the area I was in, close to the metro. Would stay here again for sure The elevator is a pain and unless you have luggage with you, its way faster to just take the stairs before the elevator arrives lol
