Night Hotel Broadway

Location. The hotel has been significantly upgraded since we were last here a few years ago. The room was large and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. And the discounted parking a block away was a significant bonus. The price is crazy, just a bit less crazy than other New York Hotels Hot water was very slow. None of the windows opened

I've stayed here before. Location is excellent, right off of Broadway. Hotel is quiet, room had working TV, iron, hangars, water....... I would have liked to have a mini fridge.

Nice budget option. No frills...

The location was the only highlight of my stay at the Night Hotel Broadway. It’s close to the subway and Central Park, which made getting around easy. Unfortunately, there were stains on the walls and in the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling and deteriorating, and the doors were poorly maintained. Sound insulation was also poor, you could hear everything happening in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Overall, I expected better cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort (especially considering the price).

Staff was nice and friendly. It was easy to check in and out. Bed and sheets were decent Needs better higiene, and stuff is too old and a bit disgusting like the carpet. The AC is old and unbearable

Location location location The carpet in the floors… i really recommend you put hard floors instead of carpets

Great location - so close to subway and central park and restaurants Very comfortable bed Bit dated decor, lifts quite slow/scary, did see a cockroach once but mentioned to front desk and dealt with (part of the new york experience!), shower not always hot

It’s close to the 96th station when I bought the stay the address was close to time square, i received a message the night before my stay telling me it’s a different location, close to the Central Park.

It was a pleasant experience staying at the hotel. The people at the front were helpful and polite. The outside and inside was clean.

Bed comfortable. Staff nice. Hotel could benefit from a decorative upgrade. Generally fine. Wallpaper in room peeling a bit. Paint in bathroom peeling a little.

방에 들어갔는데 먼지 너무 많고 잿가루가 이불에 묻어있고 화장실도 너무 더러웠슴. 그냥 방이 전체적으로 너무 더러웠슴 커튼도 가짜 커튼이라 햇빛 차단이 안됨

Perfectly adequate and well located wrt the Subway. Nonetheless a faded property and staff was responsive but a bit perfunctory. Parking was convenient. Room was small but functional. A/C worked but was a bit loud and harder to adjust.

Great location and very convenient to transportation

AWFUL beds, awful pillows. The mattress was lumpy, the pillows were lumpy and thin, felt like they were filled with bits of trash. The interior of the rooms are extremely dated and worn down, looks more like a motel on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere than a three star hotel. Typical in NYC because they know they'll still make money. For the amount of money for a night, just embarrassing.

This was my second stay at this hotel - I was pleased with the room renovations since that previous stay. The bed was comfortable, good hot water on the 9th floor, and consistent water pressure. The location is terrific - just off Broadway next to an express/local subway stop. Far better than staying in midtown. It would be terrific if the hotel could partner with someplace (Metro Diner?) for breakfast - offering guests even a modest discount there would be welcome.

The room was not cleaned well, as evidenced by remnants of the last use of the toilet, shampoo globs on the shower floor and wall, and many dirty spots of unknown substances that were able to be rubbed off. The shower had no water upon arrival and had to be fixed.
