The unit was nicely appointed but there was some rust or dirt near the tub, the sheet set seemed soiled, the dishwasher was annoyingly loud, along with the bathroom fan—and the folks on the 2nd floor overhead could be heard as they walked. That being said, the grounds are lush, though a bit unkempt, and , best of all, the view fantastic both in the drive in and walking about the grounds. This is mid-August, and the resort was busy, with parking somewhat full

Hot tub and indoor pool were nice, but the smell of chlorine was too strong, very overpowering.

Our room was in very poor condition and appeared to have not been cleaned. The towel rack in the bathroom was attached on only one side, the toilet had dried urine and hair around the base, the patio door blinds had slats torn off and laying on the floor when we got there. The floor was sticky, the kitchen sink had dried food around the drain, the fan in the master shook so badly that it appeared it would detach from the ceiling. All common areas were run down, dirty and in need of a lot of updates or just cleaned would be a start. We were informed at check in that there was a new check out time of 10am (and if we were late we’d be charged $150+) which was not what was advertised on hotels.com at the time I made our reservation. So we paid $700 for two nights and barely got two full days since check in is 4pm and check out is now before 10am. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice, check in was fine, that’s it.

Really nice place but also outdated. I was there in peak season so no complaning about the costs. Everything else is fine

Overall, there is a musty odor in rooms and in hallways. Maybe issues with ventilation. Bathroom layout was nice, but shower leaked and look like there were issues in this condo unit previously with water. Amenities throughout our in need of repair, shuffleboard course, pickleball, basketball. These are rundown and or needing a freshened-up. Restaurant is on site, Ember, prices are astronomical. Four breakfasts was $72. Breakfast is buffet style, but the food was lukewarm and juices/beverages were not full. Also, fruit was not full. Dinner prices were out of control outrageous.

The outdoor pool areas are amazing! We also took advantage of the grill outside and made a great dinner. We had a water view from our room and it was spectacular. Be sure to bring everything you need if you plan to cook in the kitchen. There are basic pots, pans and utensils, but if you will need foil, bags, spices/salt and pepper, anything of the sort, make sure to bring it.

This was our second time staying at The Landmark Resort. We absolutely love this place. Everything is clean, updated enough, accessible and inviting. Any staff we interacted with were wonderful and helpful. The amenities included are a plus - we took advantage of the unique walking path through the woods (several times), as well as the tennis courts. Also, the resort location is perfect with it being tucked away from town but still close enough to just buzz over and do some shopping. This is definitely our forever go-to place when we want to stay in or around Egg Harbor. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

This was our 3rd time staying here but our last visit was 8 or 9 yrs ago. The pools were pretty dirty, clumps everywhere. Landscaping looked unkept. Our room was ok, it's very outdated. The doors were noisy and the patio door was sticking and hard to open . There was a lot of dust on bathroom fan and bedroom ceiling fan . The patio area itself was dirty with lots of cobwebs. The carpet felt gross. It looks like there's a lot of things that need to be fixed along the walking paths . Fence boards broken or missing which is dangerous for kids and the elderly. For what we paid I expected it to be a lot nicer than it was.

Beautiful place, quiet. Would go back!

We liked the location and the hotel grounds, and the pools' warm water was great. However, we were disappointed that the checkout time was changed to 10:00 a.m. after we had already booked our stay. Additionally, the room was not very clean and had a musty smell. One of the hot tubs was not working, and the hallway carpet appeared old and in need of replacement.

The room was clean. The staff was great. The outdoor pool was wonderful. The view was amazing, especially the sunset view.

This was our first time staying at Landmark Resort and we are already planning out next trip!

The front desk person didn't tell us anything about the resort, where anything was, did not tell us about the express checkout. Ran out of items in our room. Hotel needs some updates.

We had a one bedroom condo- kitchen area and living room area. The bathroom was small/ very tight but we made it work. The resort was great 3 pools and bikeable or walkable to town. Less than a mile in a half- great location and the amenities were great

Not property's fault but we witnessed 2 drunk guys walk back from Ember, get into their car in the lot by our building and back into a parked car and speed off!!!
-
Family friendly. Highly recommend pickleball and shuffleboard!
-
Quiet location. Doors to property lock and required room key to enter building which was a good security feature. Laundry on site and easy to use

Handicap access is challenging throughout resort. The indoor pool Handicap pool lift, did not work during our three night stay. The indoor hot tub Handicap pool lift did not work either. Maintenance began working on both of these lifts upon notification. The restaurant, Embers...great food. We did take out. Highly recommend.

Room was ok, not overly spacious for 4 people and although the details stated fully equipped kitchen, it really wasn't fully equipped. The refrigerator was not cooling things in the frig so called front desk. The repairman was there pretty quick and figured out the problem. We were impressed with his concern and care.

Our stay at the Landmark was enjoyable, but we faced some challenges getting our luggage and pushing a stroller to our unit due to the stairs we had to navigate after exiting the elevator.
