For the price the room and towels were not fully clean and cleaned properly. They also have a roach problem. They only have 1 icemaker and it barely works.

Way overpriced for the quality that was actually offered. This place is a quick-flip renovation slapped on top of an old beat up motel. Any of the nicer updated parts were completely negated by the glaring issues leftover from the original; worn out barely working elevator, overall weird vibes. They also listed it as a Queen bed in the room on the booking but it was clearly just a Full bed. We cut our trip short and left a night early. The staff were very nice though.

If there’s no star to rate, I would give zero star do not go there

The front desk employees were kind The room was dirty. The caulking in the bathroom was covered in mold, there were cockroaches and there was a used condom in the closet.

Limited channels on TV which was a big negative. Pool very small Jacuzzi drained.

Christopher at the front desk was extremely helpful. When I was assigned to third floor room, he offered to carry bags for me because of my disability. The next morning to my surprise I’ve been moved to a first floor room. He was such a helpful, kind, and courteous young man. You should be proud to have such wonderful staff.

Nothing Strong odor of cigarettes in the room. Had to cancel my reservation and had to make reservations elsewhere. Website specifically states non-smoking hotel also it’s posted in office at check in.

Nothing Couch was disgusting. Spa tub didn't work . Maid walked in my room when I was changing . Druggues everywhere. Manager is going g to refund my money . Bed was lumpy .

A place you pull into and think “ Oh no….” Staff and water pressure were good. Brown stuff on tub caulking, a toilet seat from the 70s, chipped bathroom mirror and non-working outlet in there, no window screen on plexi glass, not glass non locking window that was about to fall out, tweeker clients, man in bath towel yelling at maid for coming into his room while in the tub, no chair or hair dryer. Very sketchy and old.

The room was good. However the room does need screens on windows replaced.

I had a pleasant stay here. Rooms are a good size and I’ll updated thank you so much for the good hospitality.

Not in a great neighborhood. Room is updated but the plumbing is bad. Elevator didn’t work

It was very roomy. Need to fix elevator a little bit. Breakfast could have been better.

Wasn't the best of service but the rooms were very clean so hey not bad

Cons: There was mold around the edge of the tub and no accessible bathroom available, so I couldn't shower or bathe. I never did get warm water to come out of the bathroom sink faucet, although the bathtub faucet warmed up quite quickly. Every voice outside the room could be heard loudly and clearly inside, so those outside could likely hear whatever was said inside, too. I wouldn't have wanted to be outside around the neighborhood by myself at night, as there was a lot of police activity. There was no safe in my room. The elevator button didn't work well and the front of it was broken off so I was stuck upstairs until I learned to push hard, hold, wiggle, and twist.

The room was clean, ans the staff was friendly and attentive.
