My room was canceled without notice, and when I arrived at the property, I was told my room was not available and that the hotel was fully booked. Nothing could be done to accommodate me.
-
We found cockroaches in the room.
-
Overall everything was very good. You can tell that they are really trying to get the property in order. Still work to be done but definitely moving in the right direction.
-
Definitely not worth the price
-
Place was okay. Not bad for a quick trip! Room was clean and comfy bed.
-
The place needs a washer and dryer and a new waffle iron the one they had there was broken. And our floor in our room was dirty. Staff was very friendly.
-
Everything’s broke or doesn’t work.

As soon as we walked in, the room had a foul smell and everything looked dirty. The bathroom tub was very very oxidized. I had to put a towel in the bathtub in order to be able to take a quick shower. We had to go out of our way to clean the room because housekeeping would only come on check out day. We had two babies with us and their health was concerning to us because of this unsanitary place. There were no other rooms available nor hotels nearby. We paid $500 for the 4 nights we stayed there. I don't believe it was worth that money as the place was very unsanitary and disgusting. Never ever staying here again.

Counts not check in until 3:40 Chair was torn up in room breakfast was ok but some of th amenities not working
-
Floor wasn’t cleaned in my room before check in, it was dirty and had stains. the hotel is also is in a sketchy area . Definitely it worth what I paid for.
-
Bring your own towels make sure you tell them you want your room, clean and have fun no matter where you go :)
-
There were pincher bugs and roaches all in our room. At one point, there was a bug crawling on one of us in the middle of the night. The room was dust free. The employees are very helpful though the breakfast selection was just toast and English muffins. I wouldn’t stay here.

Front desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating.

Positives: Easy check in and check out. Staff was responsive and helpful when they could be found. Mood lighting on the jetted tub was fun. Good water pressure in the shower. Negatives: room was dirty when we arrived,(Trash from previous guests under the couch and desk). It wasnt super filthy but showed some lack of attention to detail. Our room had a seperate sitting space with a hide a bed couch and tv...except there was no remote. The staff was unable to provide a replacement. The hideabed had no sheets or blankets, though these were provided right away when asked for. Fixtures in the bathroom were very loose, like they were not attached properly. Light switch in bathroom clearly not seated well, though it did function. The molding between the wall and edge of the tub was lifted and loose, which Im sure allows water in during a shower. The molding was clearly not done by a professional as it was just kind of smeared against the edge....which clearly did not hold. The shelf holding the fridge had clearly seen better days, like it had been gnawn on by a animal. The hotel claims its smoke free but I found cigarette butts every morning in the stairwell. Breakfast was essentially unavailable the first two days, as they ran out of about everything and didn't get a new delivery until day 3. The waffle maker was broken the whole trip so we ate out for breakfast each day(a 6 day trip).

Parking at the hotel is terrible as you share with Quality Inn across the parking lot. Elevators are antiquated and the fact that pets are so welcome that they ride the elevators and urinate in and around the elevators. Wi-fi connection was not there. I had to take my laptop to the dining room to do anything on it. The bottom drawer of the dresser was open when I first entered the room and I had to place a trash can in front of it to keep it closed. Other than that. the room was clean,, Not at all worth the money!
-
I really liked that the hotel was updated with wood floors and also it was very convenient to be right off the I-8 to get to different places in San Diego.
-
Breakfast was not enough. It lacked.
-
For the price the room and towels were not fully clean and cleaned properly. They also have a roach problem. They only have 1 icemaker and it barely works.
-
Way overpriced for the quality that was actually offered. This place is a quick-flip renovation slapped on top of an old beat up motel. Any of the nicer updated parts were completely negated by the glaring issues leftover from the original; worn out barely working elevator, overall weird vibes. They also listed it as a Queen bed in the room on the booking but it was clearly just a Full bed. We cut our trip short and left a night early. The staff were very nice though.

If there’s no star to rate, I would give zero star do not go there
