Nice room comfortable a little janky but ok Yeah they charged 30 dollar resort fee and still haven¿t credited my 100$ Deposit to my card how 30$ they only change linens on forth day it certainly was not a resort
-
The location The room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The water pressure in the shower was horrible, you could barely wash your hair, check out is 10am,breakfast was not served as stated.
-
If I noticed something wrong with the room , they changed me into a new room that I approved of . The rules and hotel policy are not posted or given to be read especially for service animals .
-
The room was ok.. the service horrible. The worse was the attitude of the person in the front desk. When I told her about the incident she said: "yeah yeah you can go now" she didn't care my privacy was invaded False advertising, didn't have the breakfast that was offered. At 7 am clening lady opened my door yelling that I needed to change the room. Where is my right for privacy? The front desk had horrible attitude when I told her about the incident, really bad

Nothing Everything. The entire environment, experience and patrons were all very sketchy. The desk clerks also lacked customer service skills. They couldn't explain their own contracts "without a supervisor's permission" who was conveniently unavailable.
-
I was placed in a room i had not asked for,he front desk associates were extremely rude, then requested a 100$ deposit, which I provided them with cash and I was told my sheets and towels were dirty,I did use them ..my deposit was not returned 100$ dep.

Location from where I was going Room smelled moldy, they charged an additional $10 per day service fee, what service, I don¿t know. When I questioned it they said it was due to increase in cleaning supplies due to CoVid. They only cleaned the room once in the 4 days I was there.
-
the room was spacious They lied in their ad, they didn't offer continental breakfast. my choice was for that ad.
-
Payed for what I got. They overcharged me for a hole in a blanket that was there before my arrival I felt they were just trying to come up off of me I would not recommend this hotel save your money and go elsewhere.

NOTHING And I'll never return and will let everyone know about this horrible hotel and there horrific customer service. Tanya who checked me in was rude gave me a hard time and EATING all while checking me in. Manager walked the hotel ALL night made me very uncomfortable then as I checked out the hotel charged me $50 for a small chocolate smear on a sheet
-
The fact it was dirt cheap The devious front desk staff trying to make a quick $20 on unsuspecting guests, $110 deposit- 10 not returned. roomsare vile and filthy reeking like stale cigarettes, w/ badly burned linens, moldy smelling baths & 2cockroaches. RUDE as hell desk girl

Being by the freeway, it was very quiet in the room which was nice. Being a non smoking room, the room still smelled of smoke. The room was filthy---especially the floor. Walking on the floor and then stepping into the tub to take a shower, footprints were left on the tub. That's disgusting! The bed was hard as a rock!
-
This is the worst Hotel I ever been in. One of the staff I dealt with was rude didn¿t even look at you when talking to her. The room smell like cigarettes and Marijuana . There were Cockroaches and Ants in the bathroom and by Terrible! Everything ! Did not feel safe at all.

Loved everything except that the pool was closed. No
-
It was a very comfortable environment. I think I could do this as a long term room Pool was closed
-
Location was convenient to the freeway and food non-smoking room smelled of smoke; iron was missing; water pressure in sink was very low; jacuzzi looked like it had algae growing in it and was unusable; bathroom tiles were cracked at edge (hazard to bare feet); carpet damaged
-
Great rate nice clean spacious room very clean and excellent staff. No
-
Comfortable bed. Good television cable provider. Good air conditioner/heater. Coffee and coffee maker good. Good ice machine. Mini refrigerator, and microwave work well. Plenty of parking. Professional, courteous staff. 10 dollar per day extra charge after booking, for nothing. 4pm check-in, 10am check-out. I saw at least 4 roaches. The room, if not the building seems run down, dirty, and/or roach infested. Pool and hot tub closed. No bath tub drain stopper. No baths.
-
Only thing good was price however given how dirty and rundown the place is they shouldn't be a branded hotel. This is as close as it gets to a roach.motel...I actual had tons of roaches in my room along with roach traps tucked under all the furniture. Extremely dirty. Dirty. Room wasn't cleaned in tub. Still had old soap and shampoo packets in it. Had a mattress leaned up on wall in room. Not sure what that was. Stood 25 min. ringing bell at check-out waiting to get back my $50 "TV Remote" deposit.
