Quality Inn & Suites El Cajon San Diego East

Great experience and Ty so much

I didnt enjoy it at all I didnt enjoy it at all. The rooms were smelly and smelled like cigarettes, when smoking isn't allowed in these rooms. The shower walls were peeling and smelled musty. The lamps in the room kept flickering. The pipes in the walls were noisy. The bed was really bad. The mattress had a bad indent in it. I will not be returning to this location.

To start off, the Office is permanently closed and you have to register at the Clarion across the Parking lot. The pictures displayed online are from when the facility opened; not t recent as they are today. The room is beyond dated. We had cockroaches in the room. The sink & tub drains are rusted out and the fixtures spray water to the sides & counters. The TV did not function via the remote control and several light fixtures were inop since maintenance replaced the bulbs but the fixtures still didn’t function. But to top this all off, there was a domestic violence issue and the facility was surrounded by the SWAT Team and needless to say we did not get a nights rest.

sheets were dirty and bathtub looked old and dirty.

you didn't deliver. you charged me $544.92 for a room you have not available for me. I requested full refund, you agreed, but then failed to deliver. Basically, a scam!

Super comfortable

I did not check in. I arrived midnight and the room was dirty full of box roaches and there was no sofa. The picture showed something and the reality was totally different. I canceled and I’m still waiting for my money to come back. This is ridiculous.

Nothing Very dirty hotel and breakfast was only waffle and toast.

Very dirty hotel and breakfast was only waffle and toast.

Very poor

The building itself needs to be remodeled. The pictures advertised did not match reality. The curtains had holes in them, the sheets and pillows were dirty and there was a towel given that still had stains on them. The staff was nice but the manager needs to work on improving the rooms.

It is a very nice place

To many roaches all over when I mentioned it to staff all they said they will ler manager know

I had bed bug bites. Towel has strands of hair that we have not use yet. The shower knob is broken and the tub has shoe print. The property might be old but the staff are very welcoming.

Bad

The room was well arranged but there were cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom in the room and even the refrigerator

Terrible, nada recomendable.

Hotel room wasn't what we booked, other room was runned down and smelled bad

Shower did not work. I saw a couple of roaches.

I stayed here Aug 1, 2026. Bathroom tub super old and chipping. There were roaches in cabinets and once i saw them had to leave as i had my family with me. Front desk applogized and said would get refund but once i came down to ask for refund rather than process it told me i had to go thru expedia which of course was another process. Stay away!!
