The floors were very dirty

Comfort Roaches and they probably painted recently and the smell it was annoying

There was no carts to carry luggage, and no cups or coffee in the room.

The water flow from the showerhead is very weak and slow.

Not one thing at all. The rooms were nasty, my girlfriend and i woke up with bites on our arms and legs, our fridge had a leak and the tile floors were sticky and they never mentioned that there would be concrete construction for the whole week so we woke up to loud jack hammers right outside our room. The manager wasn’t there, staff didn’t know how long the construction workers were going to be there until i asked the workers and they told me all week 8–4.

I did not lime the fact my room had cockroaches & I informed staff only to get no refund & an attitude. For the high price of this stay not worth it. I am a traveling nurse i needed my sleep. They did not even try to accommodate me with another room. Horrible & disgusting

Clean, nice staff, next to a Denny's and Starbuck. They were working on the concrete around the pool, so we didn't get to use the pool at all. Just bad luck.

Location was good. Pool and jacuzzi were not available because there were construction going on. So we had to hear the construction for majority of the day. Out room was next to the pool.

Great place, super clean and tidy they were in the middle of repainting some things but was never in the way. House keeping came in and made sure our room was taken care of while we were out and that we had the towels and sheets we needed. Also loved having the option of getting breakfast in the AM options were limited but it was still nice. Pool has some pieces missing from the bottom but hot tub honestly made up for that. Very kid friendly lots of families were staying the same time as us and lots of dining and shopping options near by.

I was there for a week did not offer to get service the whole stay they have bugs in the rooms as well, and rooms come smelling like a ton of cigarettes and the staff extremely rude

Clean room, friendly evening staff for check in, noticed they were spray painting the railings so there is ongoing maintenance.

A few miscellaneous hairs found in the bathroom, the shower head was amazing and an excellent choice, bed was comfortable, and the room was huge. Great value for the price and convenient dining options nearby.

Very clean room. Cold and hot shower, working air conditioning, comfy bed. The parking lot is well lit at night.

La persona en mostrador en la mañana del sábado 12 de septiembre muy mala atención. Y juzgando las decisiones de los clientes por usar las aplicaciones. Solo le solicité el recibo, entiendo que los no dan si no reservé con ellos pero muy muy muy mala actitud
