Floors were dirty and pool area was dirty

The hotel was fine i can’t complain. It was close to the freeway and that was a plus because we were on our way the next day

I booked 4 rooms in advance and was going to pay at the hotel, but the hotel said Hotels.com did overbooking so we were unable to stay in 4 rooms and only 3 rooms were available. This was so frustrated and embarrassing moment with Hotels.com I've ever experienced. Even they charged me for 1 room even though we didn't stay in it. I want Hotels.com give me a refund ASAP. This is very unprofessional.

25 to 30min. drive. Clean room-staff was helpful-Self Parking was adequate and morning simple breakfast was an ok. Great weather in El Cajon.

Each time we have stayed at this facility, the room is always clean. The beds are Sooo comfortable. There coould be some pretty flowers, it would give the exterior a bright uplift.

The whole stay was perfectly fine. The front desk service was great. I've been booking my stays here. I love the location. Everything was perfectly fine until room service staff gave us toilet paper that had a lot of mold. Room service need to pay more attention to what they are giving at the room service.. they gave us a roll of toilet paper that had mold on it. I was terrified.

It a good place to stay for a quick stop… the property does need some tlc. Staff was very nice.

On top of that, the staff working the breakfast area were rude and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable. Good customer service can make a big difference, but that was not our experience here. Overall, the cleanliness, lack of hot water, and poor customer service did not meet our expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the experience for future guests.

always have an amazing time with the lover and her husband but the problem was worse every time crickets infestation with the crack inside the AC unit and the AC unit when that clean the filter was caked with dust and maintenance man was outside working kind of annoying I never realized the window was open just crack open

The floor in my room was absolutely filthy. I made the mistake of taking off my shoes and walking across the room in my bare feet, and when I return to sit on the bed, the bottoms of my feet were absolutely black. I took a couple of washcloths and wet them and wiped them across the floor in the areas where I would be walking. The washcloth turned completely black. Every time I walked in the room ,the bottom of my shoes would turn black and so when I would step on a towel in the bathroom by the toilet or in front of the sink, Obviously those towels turned black as well. I thought that the floor was so filthy that even a cockroach wouldn’t walk across it, but then on day two a cockroach walked across it. Imagine my supprise. the outside of the property. In no way compares to the photograph displayed in the advertisement. The building is filthy dirty the grounds are filthy dirty and the sign looks like it’s about to fall down and that’s not even to mention that the continental breakfast wasn’t even worth taking a second look at. I can’t imagine that it cost the hotel more than about $.50 per patron for the continental breakfast. Everybody that I saw that was staying there was walking across the parking lot to the Denny’s to eat breakfast because there was literally nothing available in the continental breakfast that was even remotely appealing.

Perfect stop if you are passing through.

My overall stay was good. The jets in the Jacuzzi did not work. Service was good.
