We stayed there for four nights, and we only had one day of room service. I went to the front desk to ask for room service and was told they were going to send someone, but they didn't. Towels and bathroom were not as clean as I expected.

Room was pretty clean except for the piece of popcorn that I could see between the bed and the bedside table. Bathroom was very clean. I loved the shower. Nice and modern! Staff was great. Disappointed that there was a charge for breakfast. We went elsewhere. Same for coffee. Hallway carpeting was pretty stained. Needs a good cleaning. Enjoyed our stay, tho!

Only the bar staff were helpful. The front desk on our night check in needed to summon from the back by the bartender.

Bed sheet was not clean and there were two personal items under the bed sheet. Front desk staff lack of experience one of them gave me wrong room number and key and the other one didn’t have an idea about my special request and told me the check in is at 4 pm
