It smelled strongly of urine; lots of vagrants; terrible service; dirty, run-down rooms; filthy beds; not comfortable at all

Bed bugs, No a/c, Stained shower curtain, crack sink, broken furnitures, smelly, noisy outside, non function TV, dirty shower towers and other clients told me they were cockroaches in their rooms.

Very disgusting Hotel no management not secure the man who is in front desk is hangry😡

It was clean but it was a lot cockroaches every where, on the floor, on the bed in the floor on the wall etc. the sheet was looking like blood very disgusting place to be stay

Room had roaches and bed bugs. Blankets had cigarette burns all over. A/c while still functional, badly in need of replacement. Great price and could have tolerated everything but the bed bugs. Had to check out after an hour. Staff was helpful and promptly canceled the stay. Just sleep in your car or spend the extra 100 bucks for a good room.

The new manager is rude as ever 😤 and the guy works the night shift is weird he stays behind a vacant building on the same property (used to be a Dennys) but now people set up tents in it I'm pretty sure that's where thr guy spends most of his shift after I paid for a non refundable reservation the n the manager came banging on my door demanding I leave and when I threatened to call a lawyer and bbb he said fine you stay tonight check out tomorrow and do not come back no at my dog and I that's all that was there and we were sleeping

Great staff room needs improvements

Terrible cockroaches everywhere, and the sound proof of the building is terrible, you are not going to sleep at all. You can hear the steps of the people upstairs and the squeaking sound from the floor when people walk.

There were roaches in the kitchen/bathroom area of the room, and the cleaning staff didn’t knock on my door or clean the room even once while I was there.

Not in the best condition but it looks like a work in progress. Plenty of parking. Convenience stores & Sombrero restaurant across the street. Reasonable price. Staff very friendly!

Don’t book here! It’s infested with cockroaches. I spend my money and have not received my refund and had to book another hotel and spend extra money

Not anything close to the pictures..pool has no water!! Rooms have nasty old smell..left right away couldn't have my kids stay in that place

There were people loitering. I felt extremely unsafe during my stay. I found a used, dirty towel left on the shower floor, and there were live cockroaches in the shower. The AC unit did not cool and there was gaps to outside. The shower didn’t get warm.

Bed was comfy enough to get a few hours of sleep. There was no refrigerator. The shower was filthy with so much hair on the drain screen. The floor was neither swept nor mopped.

This hotel is filthy dirty, no running water in the shower..The walls are filthy dirty..The microwave was rusty inside. The bed sheets were stained..The pool was empty and filthy. I left the very next day after checking in extremely late the night before..I would never recommend anyone stay here.I was horrific to stay there.I am fighting to get a refund. There were bugs crawling on the walls and floors.I could mot wait for the sun to come up so I could leave.
