The fact that I told the front desk and the lady said Don't worry about it

When making my reservation I made sure that there was a pool in the hotel because it’s very hot at the location I was staying, but it turned out there was no working pool. In the description it said pool available when I was booking my stay.

The pool was so gross. It was like a storage area. I booked for 2 beds and only got 1.

For a little place that is very unassuming, I found it to be a great little hide away place that I will definitely visit again when in that area again. While there isn't a pool or a continental breakfast, I was very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff both in the front office and the maintenance crew!

Roach infested rooms will crawl on you while trying to sleep & no hot water to shower

The outlets don’t work the lights in the bathroom don’t work either

Lots of cracks in the floor and little bugs coming in and out both room and bathroom

There was no hot water and the A/C was not working properly

Immediately got bad vibes when we pulled up and there was no sign and no cars in the parking lot, but thought all we needed was a bed for the night. Don’t do it… we got to the room and it was run down and infested with bed bugs. As we went back to the office to check out and process refund, we saw three different drug deals go down from someone I the corner unit. Cats would pull up, guy would come out talk to them for 30 seconds and then car would leave….unfortunately would not recommend even for just a bed for the night.

Breakfast was advertised on website, however the staff informed me that they stopped offering breakfast a few years back....... the room was very old and in poor condition, missing night stands and desk as advertised....... huge deception and disapointing see above

Newly remodeled but upkeep not good. No closet, the light and fan in bath were connected. Very noisy at night. TV limited. Had to ask for remote replacement twice. The bed frame was squeaky. Only 2 pillows. Had to ask for more. No coffee in room

Area is busy but walkable. Room clean although old.

When i checked in it went great friendly staff and super helpful. I got to the room the first thing i realize that i got a normal room instead of the suite like i ordered. The second was that the pictures on hotels.com are no where near what the hotel looks like i would go as far to say its false advertisement and last but not least although not a major thing when i first stepped foot in my room i was hit with a wave of heat that rivals how a stove feels when you open it after baking it took about 4 hours for the room too cool down to a normal temperature.
