The place is quiet and clean.. front desk lady was super nice..

Over all the place was ok..the ac u it was a bit loud and there were some other noise we couldn’t pinpoint..made it hard to sleep.

During my 2 day stay The staff called the cops on me at 1:30am for having my car parked in the red zone when I was loading my vehicle so I could leave by 2am I am disabled and travel alone A phone call to the room would have been appreciated rather then an officer banging on my door

Wonderful staff. Cleanliness. I love going out for the day and coming back to a clean room wiped down, stocked clean towels and the trash thrown.

The door in my room was not locking and the front desk guy was not very helpful because he said he was working alone so I had to put a chair by the door until the next morning

It wasn’t far from my destination, had plenty of parking because they didn’t have a lot of guests and I wasn’t charged a deposit. It was filthy, the guests were smoking meth downstairs, there were roaches in my room, the toilet was dirty at the bottom, shower was extremely small, the repairs looked like a gingerbread house, the phones didn’t work and they didn’t have buttons and the bed was not comfortable. It was old and had handles at the center of each end that I kept hitting. Also the heater didn’t work and it looked really old. I hadn’t noticed until I turned it on and smelled burning hair and then it stopped working.

Parking was safe. We had difficulty getting the room that we reserved. Seems internal hotel managment and allocation of rooms needs improvement (or coordination between Expedia's system and the Hotel). Desk clerk did his best to help us realizing a booking problem. Property was OK.
