During our two-week stay, housekeeping never offered room service. I had to personally ask the maids for cleaning, but they only serviced the room twice. Communication was also difficult because none of the housekeeping staff spoke English. After days of trying to get help from housekeeping, I reported the issues to the front desk and requested to be moved to a clean room. My request was denied, and I was told that I could no longer stay there. While the rest of the staff was friendly, the daytime front desk employee was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. The pool was refreshing, but unfortunately it was always dirty and not well maintained. The ice machine was nice. The a/c didn't get cold enough to make the room comfortable. Overall, the cleanliness issues, lack of proper housekeeping, hot room, mold, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing stay and a waste of money.

I love staying here when I’m in town. My room is always clean and everything in good condition. AC blowing and if I stay multiple days the housekeeper does my floors, provides clean towels and empties the trash and will change the sheets. This has been my cozy home away from home many times. The staff is always kind when arrive in the evening.

The staff at the front desk lied about getting my refund back and I just needed to contact Expedia to have them contact them. Very frustrating and disappointing. Never gonna stay at this hotel ever
