The staff was nice. The indoor pool is ridiculous. It was like a sauna in the pool room at 8:30pm. I will never stay there again.

I’ve stayed here a few times while traveling for work. The employees are the best ever! They’re so helpful and kind and make your stay so much better. The happy hour (mon - weds) is so much fun and the snack and drink options are top notch. This will always be my favorite place to stay in El Centro

The Hotel and room were very clean. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Jose at the front desk was great. I enjoyed the indoor pool. I will return to stay again. And recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful...especially Patty at the front desk. Selection and quality of food coud have been better. And selection of snack food behind the front desk was not adequate.

Breakfast was mediocre at best. If the property is concerned about serving a decent breakfast, the whole offering should be rethought. Offer some high-quality protein ways to start the day. Perhaps? We were given a handicapped room, and the shower facility was in need of repair. However, the room was clean and comfortable. As was the facility as a whole

I would book it again. The bed was very comfortable, staff very nice and helpful. Location GREAT. they need just need improvement on their breakfast.

Clean room, comfy bed and decent breakfast. Only complaint, the elevators were warm, but when it's 117° outside, that's just part of desert life. Will stay again.

The staff were really nice! The room was really clean and accessible. My son got to enjoy the pool and we loved that it was indoors plus the complimentary breakfast in the morning was really good, specially the waffles!
