We stayed one night in room 123. The TV and WIFI were terrible. The shower made an awful sound. Outside noise was heard all night. But the worse by far was the bed bug infestation discovered in the morning as we awoke. We found over 20 on the floor and one crawling on the bed spread. When reported, we were told that it's seasonal, they're aware of the bed bugs, that they spray every month or so, and it was not an infestation. I was then offered 2,000 reward points (worth about $15), for my inconvenience, if I became a member.

It was very clean When I signed up with Booking.com, they said there might be a fee, but they never mentioned the fee when I checked out they charged me $100 for a dog fee which it was a small clean dog and never did anything bad in the room but they charged us $100 and I think that was very unfair. I’m going to call my credit card company and I’m going to give him some bad reviews on Yelp. They deserve it The person at the desk was kind of harsh and upfront about it, and it seemed like all they cared was making more money. I overpaid for the room anyways.

I don’t know why I chose this place again when I had a terrible experience before and now that I am here I remember that the breakfast was horrible always cold and the rooms especially the bathroom is old and molded! Never again will we stay here! You should change the rating to 4 instead of 9 in Expedia!

This is the first time that we had any issues. The breakfast in example, although good, not like it’s been the past 10 years. Also, when taking a shower, I started loosing water pressure, to the point that I was rushing to rinse the conditioner off my hair.

The team member who welcomed us and checked us in was Jennifer. She was helpful and made our stay was very comfortable! We enjoyed the breakfasts option, gym amenities, and that it was conveniently close to shops and surrounding restaurants.
