When checking in found out that one night was going to cost more than expected. Seemed pricey compared to what we had been paying. The representative said try third-party. So standing there, I used my phone in my Expedia app and found that it was going to be cheaper, so I booked it for that night. But something went wrong and it registered for the following night. I tried to change the date and that's when it became a nightmare with the Holiday Inn express, and with Expedia. Was on the phone with Expedia for an hour did not want to cancel. Just wanted to correct the night. Nobody could help me. We had to spent that night at a different hotel, changed our vacation plans and had to come back to El Centro the next night because that’s what it showed we had to do. Was extremely difficult dealing with Expedia and with Holiday Inn express. Will not use either in the future.

Had the best room darkened shades and the AC was so cold. We slept so good. We joked about just going back for another time. just to have another Great night sleep. And the shower water pressure so good too
