Mainstay Suites El Centro I-8

Property could use an update/ repairs. My son said the hallway smelled like seafood. Rooms were clean. Staff was perfect! They were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Room was clean and spacious, breakfast starts a 4:00am, good value for the price

We liked that they gave us a cold bottle of water and a granola bar. We enjoyed the gym after driving all day. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable. We wished there were some instructions for the tv. Also, the bathroom fan did not work and there were no hand towel racks or hooks.

Convenience I left with spider bites causing some discomfort. Staff seemed unconcerned

I liked everything. Clean room confy . Clean property. Kool staff.one ice machine was not working well but other did.

I didn’t catch the front desk ladies name but she was there at my check in around 430pm on Saturday June 6th she’s sweet and very accommodating.

First time. The hotel is one of the best. Nice room, clean, staff are great, breakfast was great. The have a bar but not noise to the room.

Our stay was great. very comfortable and clean. All the staff was very nice and welcoming. The only thing was we weren't able to use the pool. It was closed for maintenance at the time. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location and its easy access. When I checked in, the young man with the most beautiful hair, was very welcoming, very personable, informed us of all the facilities such as breakfast time gym, outside area, pool, as well as the bar located in Mainstay. It was very clean and very quiet. If I had to list a negative, is that there were no sheets and blankets for the pull out. Other than that….EXCELLENT!! N/A

In the restroom shower there was hair on the wall. The bed was so comfortable! Loved the small kitchen. Definitely would go back.

Amenities - enjoyed having a fully stocked and available kitchen. The staff were pleasant. Not necessarily an updated flawless facility, but clean and comfortable.

A lot of homeless around property and staff was rude and careless we were there for my mom funeral service we got 11 rooms for the whole family we needed to extend and two persons I talked to were careless I was just asking to extend one room do to funeral timing and I do understand if I wasn’t possible its just the way they talked to me specifically the manager angry no empathy what’s so ever she didn’t even care to turn and look at me in the eye and listen to me she just shook her head and said no you can’t without looking at me and I’ve been a manager and the number one thing is eye contact and hospitality to customers and by this it doesn’t mean I wanted them to let me extend but with kind words she could of said I’m sorry for your loss I understand the situation but unfortunately we can’t because blah blah blah…. And it would have been okay And yes we were a big crowd, breakfast time the lady’s was mad we were getting food it was 11 rooms we all needed to eat something before leaving to cemetery and lady was mad we were getting food I thought breakfast was included with our stay very bad hospitality. staff is to Careless only the front receptionist that worked at night was nice to us the rest were not
