The area was perfect! Walmart, food, liquor store, gas station, ohhh my! Housekeeping.. we didn't get our room cleaned once & I was told they would come clean every 2 days. Mind u we stayed 4 days! I even requested to have our room cleaned MULTIPLE TIMES! I literally seen the housekeepers skip our room.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. The room is set up nicely and the walk in shower was great. Didn't care for the bed and pillows, but that is a personal issue not a diss onthe hotel. There were lots of towels available .

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your standard hotel continental breakfast. I have 2 complaints, the one set of doors going out to the front of the hotel need automatic door openers, because it’s really difficult to get the luggage carts through them unless you have help. Second one is, the pool was not operational, that is really unsatisfactory in my book. I always look for either a hot tub / pool combo or at least a pool, when I book online. If your pool is inoperable then take it off your online listings until it is operational. That’s just customer service 101. Overall, the rest of the Hotel was very nice.

Although the room was clean it the smell of dog was overwhelming i an not an animal person and we never received clean towels.Nobody went in to clean the room when we left for the day. Lazy cleaning people. Location

Upon check in I was told the pool WASN'T open and if I had a problem with it to contact manager, if was never available. The room was spacious and had a full size fridge, beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, the pillows were old and smelled funny. Saturday morning I went to take a shower and literally sent my husband to get cleaners so I could clean the shower BEFORE I would even take a shower!!! The breakfast area was out of waffle mix BOTH mornings and was told at 8am there's not anything they can do about it so we were left to eat bacon, sausage and omelettes. No milk for cereal BOTH mornings!!!? This was a terrible place to stay and I will NEVER book with them again EVER!!!! Very disappointed with my weekend stay!!! There was another guest in the elevator with us that asked about pool open or not, when I told her it was closed she said that she stays at this hotel often and she said that they NEVER have the pool open, out of her last 5 stays the pool was not open at all. This is unacceptable and I'm not going to stay nor recommend anyone to stay there!!!! Everything!!!?

Here for Kattfest. Last year we stayed at the Fairfield. This room cost more. Since you asked for a review, I partly booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. Lady at the desk said oh its closed it has been for a long time Sorry. I looked at the pool not sure why its closed. I am an avid swimmer and disappointed. We took our bags to the room and the toilet seat is not well attached to the toilet. My significant other used the facility before me and said whoa be careful when your in here. Kinda dangerous really if you didn't know about. I didn't tell the staff but this item should be addressed ASAP. We went to the concert. The couches in the lobby are covered in stains and a lot on the carpet. 1/3 of the wall light sconches in the hall have been abused and are off set. The outside seating cushions were gone long ago but the old latches remain. When I went to adjust the curtain it broke. The biggest complaint was that the bed sucked my significant other only slept a few hours and woke up in back pain. The floor in our room noticeably dips in the right corner at the end of the bed and it felt like sleeping down hill. The mattress has a big dip on one side and a hill on the other. I fared with a few more hours of sleep because I was on the hill I did wake up several times at at some point I felt like I was sleeping with a fitted sheet on me It was the bed skirt Someone layered a bed skirt in when they made the bed? Unhappy with our stay We will not be back!

Breakfast was terrible. Looks like the eggs from monday were the same eggs on friday same with oatmeal. Had two bottles of conditioner and no bottles of shampoo-it was reported, but not solved.

They had made the bed but did not change the sheets from the previous guest. The sheets looked slept on, not new, and had hair on them.
