The room was spacious. Clean and countertop space. We had a refrigerator with a freezer which we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

There was a hole near the bottom of one of the walls in the shower. A disposable razor was left on a shelf in the shower. Water pooled in the floor outside the shower. The furniture in the lobby was stained and dirty.

Comfy bed/ pillows. Huge shower. Huge room. Friendly staff. I was impressed with room. especially since the price was a lot better than anything in the city. We didn’t expect breakfast since it didn’t say it on the booking but they had it. The breakfast was too fatty/ greasy/ buttery for my taste. Starbucks is a short walking which was nice.

The properties for sale so nothing’s getting fixed. Management is waiting to decide whether or not they get to keep their job. I guess room didn’t have a phone in it and the TV didn’t work. Not good.

Evidently the property was changing hands, so the pool wasn’t fixed. The breakfast was so so and everybody was waiting for new owners or to get fired.
-
The pool was not open, our door would not latch, and we were unable to find staff to help is with it. The breakfast was good, The room was clean, and we liked the size of the room.
-
Very clean, exterior and interior. Young man at check in was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Loved the room, spacious, clean and comfortable.

Hotel was very well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had one minor inconvenience while there, the staff immediately helped make my stay very enjoyable. Only downside was the pool was out of service while there

Close to where we were needed to be for cattle show Our bed was hard and very uncomfortable my back still hurts from it.

The room was very nice. However I happened to notice the ceiling vent in the bathroom was packed full of dust. Kind of an ick feeling wondering what else may have been overlooked. The other issue was during breakfast. The juice fountain had an out of order sign attached to it. I know things breakdown from time to time, but it seemed offputting that no alternative access to juice was offered.
-
Room was comfortable. Frig, sink helpful. Furniture in lobby was dirty; sketchy area; toaster was broken, no oatmeal offered for breakfast
