The other issue was the waffle maker. All five days I could not get it to cook all four sections. One or two sections were only half the height. Tried doing different things per a couple other guests to no avail. It did not like me.

The room got real cold thats the only good part of this hotel. The bathroom door was smashed in and would not shut at all. Be aware there is roaches crawling around the rooms

The staff was very helpful. My son and I needed to stay there for a couple of days and we had a few challenging moments due to his illness. The staff was kind and helpful.

Roach infested. Awful smell. Stopped up toilet.

The room has lots of things that need fixing The location was great if you like shopping. Would never ever stay there again.

The people at this property was excellent The manager owned down to employees.

The staff at check in were great. Had to go to the front desk to get bedding for the pull out sofa and batteries were missing in the tv remote. Breakfast was very limited.

We were looking for an comfortable overnight stay while we visited Elizabeth City State University. We were conveniently located within 5 minutes from the campus and near eateries and shopping. The check-in was seamless. The room was clean and gave just what we needed for a quick stay.

The booking was for 2 days and short notice. Hotel was fully booked. Staff at checking were on personal phone playing loud games and seemed troubled to check me in. Sheets were stained and room was over all dated. Seems like they may be in the process of renovations but not in a hurry. Breakfast was deplorable. Only coffee, cereal or make your own waffles no other cooked or hot items. They don't have a stash of snacks to purchase aside from the vending machines. Expensive machines.

A/C was good.

It’s a beautiful hotel and the location is perfect. No towels, the bathroom cabinets were dusty and the hallways had a bad smell to it.

The room was clean but smelled musty. The property is older but clean. Could use some upgrades.

Room was dirty

The room was clean however they smelly…. Elevator floor was dirty, I requested a day prior a room with a king bed and a double bed the request was not even honored, second day some worker just entered the room without knocking that was absolutely concerning, they blamed it on the workers being Hispanics witch annoyed me because I’m Hispanic too, hallways was dirty, and one of the day I stayed the elevator did not work for a few hours, bathroom need upgrades for what I was being charged for over all for being call a Wyndham it did not live to the expectations…. Poor maintained grounds

The lights in the fitness center didn’t work. Pool was closed. AC was super loud. Room felt damp. Staff was not always at front desk and had to wait to check in and ask questions. Hotel was decently clean. Beds were comfortable.
