The place is a complete dump with a multitude of social service people staying there avoid this place !!!

Alot of stains on linens and furniture Hole in curtain Air conditioner worked poorly Breakfast not standard continental Pool not clean murky, looking and trash
-
Specifically: room was musty and smelled like cigarettes. Dank. We ended up just eating the cost and found a room at the previously mentioned comfort inn.
-
Only issue was that they advertise a pool and they do have one that is not usable
-
Property was a complete mess. Not liveable at all.

Room could be better manteined.... no chain on the door, the ceiling is peeling, and the armchair was dirty. I was not able to connect with internet.

When I first arrived, the check-in process was simple. I accidentally asked for a smoking room. I asked it to be changed to non-smoking. They changed it for me. When I went to the room, I found that two light switches did not work. The hair dryer worked; it was plugged into the same outlet. So, I went to the front desk, and they changed my room to the next room to my original room. I went to the room and found some cigarette burns on the bed sheets. I could deal with it. I was also unable to use the pool because it rained after I arrived.

Not so good but ok with location

One of the reasons for booking this hotel was it had a pool. When we arrived the Pool was green and unusable but it was not noted at time of booking. Not what I expected from a hotel chain.

We would not stay here again. we paid for 2 queen beds but was given to full-size beds. I had asked for a first floor room because I have mobility issues. My husband checked in before me, and when I came, I realized that we didn’t have the queen beds and when I questioned the staff they rudely told me that all queen beds were on the second level. They advertised a pool and the pool was not functional and was disgusting. They said that it was being worked on. We were there for four days and there was no work being done on the pool. There was green mossy water in the bottom of the pool. And no sign saying it was being worked on. The buffet breakfast was Belgian waffle, yogurt and an apple or 2. We had to leave a day early because of a family emergency and when we discussed it with staff, they said that they would not reimburse us that I had to go through Expedia, which I did, but I have heard nothing back from Expedia.

Stayed there since it had a pool. Pool was as green as the reflecting pool in DC, but the frogs seemed to like it, there was mold in the shower, bathroom doorknob was falling off, I fixed it. Security lock on the door was falling off, I fixed it. Light over the sink was not working. Room needed basic maintenance and a good scrubbing and paint. There was allot of outside noise, but it was a Friday night. Will not stay there again .

Room smelled and not clean

Room had an odd order. Breakfast was poor. Coffee was colored water. Machine held together with tape. Only stayed because of late arrival time.

The property was horrible , When we arrived they let us know for 2 weeks they have been trying to fix the pool , that wasn’t very helpful. Pool wasn’t working , Ice machines was dirty , Rooms did not have towels or rags.

Lady at the front desk wasn’t very helpful , had her son behind the desk , eating while checking in guest , wasn’t accommodating,

The room was ok, I've seen worst. I didn't use any amenities, I was in town for something else. I fell yesterday due to a sink hole near my room. When I told the desk clerk this morning during checkout he never once inquired as to whether I was fractured at all. So unconcerned, no empathy. I didn't eat breakfast. Another tenant was inquiring about the pool not working when I arrived and she (wasn't in use) told him that's what made them check in and he was using false advertising.

Very old and dirty
-
Peaceful and not a lot of noise
-
Price and close to the event that we were attending The room was a disaster! The carpet was all torn up and people were hanging around outside most of the night smoking weed and left food on the ground near where I parked.

The location is actually pretty decent and easy to find pool was unusable, green, and looked like a swamp.... Room 1 smelled like smoke and sour lemons.... The breakfast, absolutely horrible, and I know this QI has a full kitchen. Terrible way to treat people... you want your guests to be excited to wake up and eat breakfast at the hotel, and I don't even eat breakfast, but my family does, totally unacceptable. What I do drink is coffee in the morning, and they had one very questionable coffee maker.... I've had better coffee in the Army
