Front desk clerk was wonderful. So was the breakfast attendant. Room was not clean

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Food was delicious. Lack of soap was replaced by body lotion for had washing. Air vent in bathroom was held in by only one screw and left a space large enough for any critter of rat size to come through. No critters were actually spotted.

The front desk clerk was nice when checking in . I had to report that the microwave handle was broken already so we wouldn't be charged with it. The only issue I had was there was only one elevator and you had to wait. Oh, and I had to be careful when taking a shower. The tub surface wasn't flat it was kinda curved, assuming it's an older tub.

It was a room to sleep. We were traveling. Room was very large and clean. The shower did not have hot water. It was barely warm. The rooms were updated but the hallways looked old and definitely needed some attention.
