Convenient location. Clean room

Drain however staff fixed it and breakfast was nothing available however staff did their best to take care of me.

I was looking for a double king room and none was made available

All staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. Poorly designed toilet paper holder was a bit frustrating as the tube kept getting hung up on the two prongs and would cease to turn until being centered again between the two prongs, only to slightly shift again requiring yet another realignment. The two chairs in the room (one a rolling desk chair and the other one a causal chair) were very uncomfortable. The seats in both were very hard and sitting in either one for a hour was not an experience either one of us had in any other hotel room seating. Had to get up frequently from either chair. Hotel is slightly further from road than some other hotels in the area, and not in the busiest parts of Elizabeth City, this helped us get a quiet, restful sleep. The hotel is convenient to several restaurants. We did not try all the breakfast items, so we can only speak to what we had during our stay. The coffee was actually quite good. The muffins offered were OK. The choice of bagels were nice. The scrambled eggs and sausage were very good. Juice choices were nice. Bonus points for having chocolate milk available (one of us likes to put in their morning coffee when it’s available). If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

Fridge didn’t stay cold had to wait for towels didn’t get much sleep cause of the noise above me all night long housekeeping was great and so was the breakfast

I didn’t like there was no bar soap in bathroom

Wasn’t told about a free breakfast but would stay here again. Only 1 hour away from Outerbanks

Convenient location, clean, helpful staff

It was a basic average hotel. Room was nice with sitting area and 2 large TVs. Bed wasn’t great but average as well. Breakfast had your basic powered eggs, thin ham, cereal and stuff to make waffles. Employee working that area stood their watching every move you make so felt uncomfortable. Main negative was the shower was nasty. It had mold and red stuff around enclosure. Also, the pan floor was stained. It was a typical stay but would not stay here again.

Kind . The made a huge mistake, charging me twice and Im still trying to fix it. Also, the receipt was wrong.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I’ve been visiting Elizabeth City for 5 years now. Excellent service, if I had to share any con, it would be that the tiny night light on my headboard didn’t work. I highly recommend it!

Location The absolutely unnecessary noise coming from housekeeping by slamming open hotel room doors at 8:00 in the morning!!! And the badly attached shower condiments inside the shower. The shower gel fell off the wall and landed on my toes cutting one of them!!

I will never use your app again.
