Good lication nice staff old rooms goid bed

It was the most conveniet place to stay when traveling on I-80. We had no issues. We would gladly stay there again.

All signs indicated a smoke FREE environment but the room was SO smoky it made for a terrible night. I asked for an accessible room for my elderly father and was told that the only room with a walk in shower wasn't available. This property needs some serious attention.

The hotel was older than it looked on the pictures featured. It list that breakfast was included …which was not true. There was only coffee in the morning no breakfast. The bed was comfortable but the room was drab. Old carpets and that kind of things. For the money I spent.. I would not stay there again

Never been to a hotel with garbage bags all along the hallway and elevator entrance at six pm. Really gross. Also air conditioner was aimed at my feet on the bed. And zero pots or pans or even plastic cups in the “kitchenette.” Front desk woman was very nice and bed comfortable.

The staff was wonderful. The hallways and certain areas, like the hallways and elevator and the vending areas appeared to be needing renovation. The room was clean.

not good property for anyone who’s got any disabilities very difficult the room was very spacious we also booked kitchenette the room amenities were great comfortable beds

Location on the hill was good. Check-in person was helpful. Our room was down a very long hallway with access only at one end. this was inconvenient and perhaps dangerous. Our window overlooked the parking lot and the blackout curtains were decorative - they did not close.

The room and parking lot were both clean and well maintained. It is in a safe location, and convenient to drive thru and sit-down dining. No continental breakfast, but the drive thrus are nearby. I wish there were 2 soap bars, one for the sink and another for the shower, as the shampoo and hair conditioner pump bottles were the only things in the bath/shower. The check-in and check-out were quick and pleasant. My room, on the first floor was quiet. I felt very safe here. The pillows were comfy and the a/c was not too noisy.

Friendly staff

It was closest hotel to where we were visiting family. The staff was kind and friendly. The cleaning staff was very helpful and professional. We were thankful that had a water cooler so we could fill up our coffee pot. If they had a breakfast option it would be great. The workers who use the hotel are very loud outside at 6am.

Friendly staff and clean. The only Wyndom hotel that did not have a breakfast and a little odd how to get to the 4th floor …( Fire routes in ?)

The check-in was a breeze and the girl at the desk was kind.

It’s an older hotel that’s been around for quite a while. There’s no breakfast area only a small area for coffee. The elevator is on one end of the hotel and your room is 38 rooms down to the end of the hall on the other end of the hotel. It’s kind of inconvenient, but the staff was very good. Very helpful. It’s just the hotels laid out kind of strange good view though like people working there there.

Bed was comfortable and friendly staff.

It’s a weird hotel. The booking app I used advertised breakfast and there was none. The WiFi was dial up slow. They initially gave me a different room then I had booked but fixed it quickly. They get three stars instead of two because the staff was friendly and my room was clean.

They had no non pet rooms, our carpet had alot of dog hair, bathroom room vent made a popping sound all nite. Carpet in rooms, if its pet friendly they should not have carpet
