nice bed poor shower accessible room wasn't really accessible in the shower and really poor water pressure........Front desk staff was outside talking on the phone when I checked in

When I tried to check out, 2 different employees stood in a room behind the counter and just looked at me. They’d walk out of sight then come back and just look at me! I finally just put my keys on the counter and left. They didn’t have a key drop box.

The breakfast room was very spacious, and the breakfast offered a nice selection of hot and cold items. It is a nice half was point to stop when traveling through Nevada. I would stay there again.

The staff was amazing at the front desk

Good location and breakfast. Bed was comfortable. I asked the staff if we could get another room, because the tub had brown stains in it and I showed them pictures. They said they had no other rooms available. There was also a picture sitting on the desk with a note from the cleaning staff that it was missing the glass ( but no one took care it). Also, there was another décor piece on the wall that was broken. I felt like for $200 a night, it should be in better shape. Mostly disappointed that I couldn't get another room and the price was too high for what you get.

Booking.com failed to show the property that we had a reservation

Window AC unit made a loud high pitched noise all night long. I had previously pointed it out to staff for repair but it wasn't and that lead to a sleepless night.

Room was clean. Helpful staff. The pool was pretty dirty and could use some attention. Otherwise a fine stay.

I had been traveling for weeks by the time I stayed here, and out of all the places I had stayed (that included breakfast) this place had the best selection. (Now granted some of the places I stayed at only had cold cereal, instant oatmeal, or donuts as their included breakfast, so take that into consideration)

The staff are flexible, friendly, and are very generous. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The shuttle service was very helpful and picked us up at the train station. Would 100% stay here again.

Loved this hotel! Friendly & helpful staff, safe, plenty of parking, very clean and roomy with comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning (works great), quiet rooms, and a great breakfast, with many options! Will definitely stay here again!

Not really pet friendly as area set aside for dogs is incredibly small. For the high cost of the room, there should be a microwave provided.

Awesome place! I’ve stayed in many Hamptons through the years and this was one of my favorites. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was great, and the pool for the kiddos was great as well. We only stayed a night as we were coming back from Yellowstone to California, but this will be the place to stay next time we do the same trip to Yellowstone.

Best place overall in Elko. Great breakfast. Quite pricey.
