Copper Queen Hotel and Casino

We've stayed at the Copper Queen annex building many times on our way to/from Colorado and California and find it's a reliably comfortable and clean place to stay overnight after a long day of driving. The beds are comfortable, the room is a good size, and it has everything we needed to make it a convenient place to spend the night.

Older motel, but clean, pet friendly, and quiet. Only concern was toilet was one of the lowest have ever seen! May be a problem for anyone with knee problems or other disabilities!

The staff were all accommodating and kind. We experienced a breakdown on our way in and knew our check in was going to be reallyblate. They assured me our room was ready and staff would be available at all times. We arrived 12:30 a.m. and all was ready. The next morning we had to rent a trailer and get the stranded vehicle while I stayed at the room with our luggage. The extended our check out time even though housekeeping was done with all the rooms except ours. All were so very nice. Great stay.

Perfect little Ely pit stop

The staff was so friendly and kind and considerate to our pets. The room was very clean. There was lots of parking for our pickup and trailer. The beds were very comfortable. We were treated extra well by the pub waiter...where you can order off the full steakhouse menu. What was to be a quick stop to catch a bit of sleep turned into a relaxing and memorable experience.

Quiet except for very noisy HVAC, comfortable beds, house keeping everyday. Rooms could use an update, I stayed in the annex. No breakfast is included,but room has frig and microwave.

Drill for 14 hours only to arrive and find out they placed me in the annex which is away from the main hotel, which includes the indoor hot tub and swimming pool. Would never have reserved this room and I know I would not have access or at least have not to walk across a highway to get to the swimming pool. The receptionist didn’t really care and said if I’ve booked directly with them, they’ve got me a room at the main casino since I went through Expedia they weren’t willing to help me way shape or form.

Expedia had said that check in was at 2:00PM but it is at 3:00 PM. They were so kind and took down my number and gave me a call as soon as my room was ready. Thank You.

The parking needs are not good.

This is an old facility. You'll notice it in the bathroom fixtures. The shower/toilet room was clean. It needs to be updated to get the stained corners addressed. We stayed in the annex. It was quiet. Parking is limited for long box pickups.

Great staff who very helpful. Loved out room which was spacious and clean. Will be coming back when in the area.

Rooms and beds are nice and very affordable. Casino is not smoky ans staff very friendly. Highly recommend

The desk staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful.

Room and property were clean. Pool was warm and hot tub great. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

It’s a nice location for a stay in Ely. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are open year round, so it is nice to soak in warm water when it’s cold outside. There is not a sports bar, but there is a small pub that serves drinks.

Will stay here again.

Overall an excellent stay. Check in was great, on time and very pleasant front desk staff. Room was very clean, quiet and nicer than expected. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through the area.

The location was very convenient and it was great to park just outside of my room Facilities that I planned on using were close$ for the holiday
