Staff is great, very accommodating.

The room was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were adequate. The pool was nice.

Good for a pitstop on our way to Vegas

I did not like the toilet, it sat to low and older people like me and the wife have a hard time getting up. the room was clean the beds nice

Pros: rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was free and had lots of options (eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, breads and coffee/juices). Housekeeping was wonderful. Coffee in the room. Tesla chargers are in the adjacent parking lot along with a grocery store and coffee shop. Location is quiet. Cons: looks like a renovation done on the cheap. Both of my rooms had wallpaper peeling off the walls and torn blackout curtains. Water never really got hot, just warm.

A great place to stay in Ely. It's my halfway stop between LA & Boise.

Our room was not clean, in the bathroom there was a small pile of dirt in the corner. The mattress was lumpy, wallpaper beginning to peel, and the whole place seemed tired and run down. Breakfast was either these rubbery omelet things with an option of biscuits and gravy or powdered eggs with sausage. Other choices were cereals, bagels, or waffles- All high carb stuff. Ugh. We will be staying at Holiday Inn next time in Ely. The only good thing was the location of Ridley's next door for grabbing last minute items.

It's a nice hotel. The staff is helpful and efficient. It is located next to a grocery store, gas stations, and several restaurants.

We stayed here for one night and I must stay my favorite part of the stay were the staff. They were very patient in the check-in and check-out. The free breakfast though was a disappointment with no available protein except for the eggs, the staff I must say was very friendly. We liked it!

Everything met my expectations, a nice place to stay.

Nice quiet, clean and helpful staff. They helped with restaurant selection and even ranked them according to our preferences.

Good location, helpful staff, nice dining room. The air con blew dust out into the room. The layout of the hotel was odd, we and other customers wandered the hallways at first.

Perfect on the road location. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to grocery store which was nice and Mexican food nearby was great.
