Staff. And its right off 95 The room didn't have air conditioning in the stairs to get up look like they were about ready to fall apart. And I have a special needs daughter, so I had to carry her all the way upstairs and I have a broken knee

Property was close to road way and close to food. We went to the gaming emporium and had a blast. Older facilities but worth the price.

Property in desperate need of update and remodel. Furniture is old and tattered. The room had a musty smell. I wouldn’t return to this

Upon check-in was given an occupied room. Key obviously didn't work. Sink in the room was dirty. The lamps were covered with cobwebs and dust. There was screaming and yelling from midnight till 1:00 with repeated calls on the room phone that did not ever go through. It took a phone call from my cell phone to report that the noise was keeping me awake. Nothing was done. Wouldn't stay there again.

LaDonna was at the desk and I had a medical emergency and she was fantastic! She went above and beyond to be helpful and compassionate, extremely rare these days

Just a quick stop over, if you doing more then that you'll be in trouble, hard beds, terrible pillows, dirty pool, but right of 95, so if just traveling thru it serves its purpose....

The best property to stay at in emporia. The surrounding hotels are a mess and days inn/baymont was a pleasant surprise. Clean, clean, clean! Nice staff, never a problem.

The property. Well. That needs serious attention. The door barely closed and we could see 1/4 of an inch of daylight because it was warped. Everything was dirty. The floor was beyond dirty. The entire place is old, but a good crew could shine it up. I barely slept and couldn't wait to leave. Sleeping in the car at a rest stop would have been safer, cleaner, and saved me $$
