Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean, quiet room. Very solid for the price

The hotel is clean with updated furniture and bathrooms. The AC is AMAZINGLY strong, even in hot weather. (We did not eat breakfast and only saw a staff member on checkin, so can’t comment there.) Something about the way that air circulates in the ventilation system, though, meant that our room smelled strongly of the weed our neighbors were smoking. If you’d like the olfactory equivalent of front row tickets to a Grateful Dead concert but don’t smoke yourself? This is the hotel for you.

There was what looked like, cat hair on the rims of the lamp shades. The floor had not been mopped for a long time. I spilled water on the floor by accident and in cleaning up the water there was a lot of dirt that came off the floor. The bed was very comfortable, however because the air conditioner was so loud i couldn’t hear the TV. Then in the middle of the night the air conditioner would turn off , which woke me up. Also there is no insulation between the floors . It sounded like several people jumping from bed to chair and back to the bed etc. There was no work out room.

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Air conditioning was on in the room and very comfortable. I had a quiet night and slept well.

Room is good shape. The hotel sent me an email weeks before my arrival and I asked for 1st floor. I have stayed at this hotel before. Arrived at 5 pm and was told no first floor available. There were not many cars in the parking lot. I was disappointed I had to go upstairs

price I paid was a bit High for the quality I received. The grounds were kept clean however the Neighbors who were on the property in other rooms were loud and that was annoying. I'm not certain but it appears as though on the lower level there was a couple who seem to be living there and I say this only because of what I noticed. Too personal to mention on this platform . I would grade the breakfast but I did not partake other than sipping the coffee and it was not flavorful; from the batch I had actually it was watered down. Now the next day may have been better I don't know but the batch I had was not pleasing as a result I had to go outside to purchase. The customer service received upon checking in was nothing extraordinary. The young woman was customer friendly, her attire was appropriate nothing out of an ordinary stood out. However when I was told that house cleaning takes place on certain days after staying the night I was disappointed. This should have been said from the beginning. For those of you who need a gym to go to while you're staying, this is not the one. I was misled the only equipment available is universal machine an elliptical machine and a treadmill there are no dumbbells, barbells or mats and the gym is simply a typical room where the beds were removed and three items were placed up with a television and water cooler. I feel this is necessary to be made known and posted on the website. As we were in town for a fitness seminar.

Everything was fine. As expected. Would have enjoyed a warm breakfast, but it was adequate.

Upon check in, room had strong marijuana smell and the beds were dirty. One bed had dog hair in it. Desk attendant gave us a different room which was cleaner. Toilet was loose from the base but I hung on for eight seconds and won the buckle. Shower was good and hot at least. I know it’s a budget-friendly place but it needs a lot of work.

Could smell cigarete smoke from other rooms and outside through ventilation system and air conditioner/
