Everything was great! The food, the bed and ambiance was so warm and inviting

Front desk agent was less than helpful. I figured out that the water fountains weren't working and while waiting in line overheard her offering water to the guest in front of me checking in because of the fountains being out of service. When I asked, she just rolled her eyes and handed it to me. Not hospitable at check in or friendly during either interaction.

We booked a suite. It had a bad smell, we had to wait for more than an hour waiting for the room to be cleaned. The stuff were very rude. And the dogs in the hotel and on the floor was nothing I have ever experienced in a hotel. I would never recommend this particular hotel in Emporia. I have stayed at some of them but this was the waste
