Great stay!
-
We couldn’t swim in the pool because it was not clean and that was the purpose of us staying at your hotel

Not much Felt like a remodeled Motel 6 and smelled like a dog
-
Location Lack of restaurant choices within walking distance.
-
It was okay.
-
Had to change rooms - first room newly renovated tv didn’t work no shower gel in dispenser and closet door came off hinge .
-
Charged the wrong card at checkout. This has caused a major issue.

The breakfast was excellent, but the curtain in the room was broken so that we could not open it. One of the persons at the desk was unpleasant and chose not to be terribly helpful. The room was ok, but given the cost of one night's stay, I expected it to be more than just ok.

We had a great time in Virginia beach.

Water pressure in the shower was terrible. The bathroom laminate on the counters was peeling off. The toilet paper was attached far underneath the cabinet and you couldn’t even see it without getting on your knees and looking under. All of the corners of the room had dirt very unclean. Mold in the caulking in the shower.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was a double. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is very good. It saves time while traveling so you don't have to look for a breakfast stop on top of loading the car and checking out. The refrigerator was very noisy. But we travel with ear plugs! The sliding or barn doors are a disaster! On our outbound leg we had to change rooms, and even in the new room the Bard Door was very hard to slide. They need a lot of loving car. The bathroom always is damaged. The facing on the sink cabinet was damaged in both rooms on our trip. And the tub was not repaired properly when finishing the detailing between the floor and tube. Finally, the house phone was unplugged!

I recommend it 100%

The facility was clean and maintained. Friendly staff who checked on my needs. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Tub caulking missing and dirty, black corners. Absolutely disgusting black mold in various places, especially under the vanity rim. I have the pictures. Hampton Inn and Hilton should be ashamed to have their names associated with this place. I will never trust Hampton Inn again.

clean and convenient the lighting in the room was abysmal One light between the beds No reading light No light at desk No end tables next to beds A chair and small table would have been good nice to beds next to window where there was room
