Spark by Hilton Denver Tech Center Greenwood Village

The property, room and breakfast was good. The property changed its name. Neither you nor the property informed us and we spent some time driving around looking for it, if not for a young American couple we would not have known. I would have given the property a higher rating had it let us know.

But this is something I agreed when I did the booking, I was well aware. I definitely plan to come back once it’s all finished

I like the 2 rooms and there was a door in between just a lovely jaw dropping moment way better than I expected. Also so close to the highway and target!! The shower water was only hot not really a problem but that would be literally the only thing I loved it

Conveniently next to food and shops It was in a really bad area and the guests were all mainly doing drugs outside or causing fights with each other and staff. I understand there was construction during my stay, but I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. There was a screaming fight outside my room with a homeless man and the staff at 3:30 in the morning I checked out at 4 AM because I felt unsafe. I had random people knocking on my door and on my outside window.

My room was nice, and the staff were nice as always. The halls, and lobby area smelled like poop. The elevator was filthy.

Under construction with no disclosure. Wrong room given. No hot water at all. No one would assist us. Call their customer service and they got them to let us use another shower after telling us none were available. Management on leave and no way to assist. Maintenance was not available due to not being on shift. Was not able to cancel after 24 hours of booking. Nothing!

Absolutely nothing. The staff was horribly rude and made up a lie about me tampering with the smoke detectors, I don’t even smoke! Completely ridiculous because they are using this as an excuse to withhold my refund. I only stayed March 28th 3pm-11pm and checked out when I left, they are saying I am not eligible for a refund for the other nights due to complete lies. I will need to contact a lawyer about this and see how I can move forward as booking.com hasn’t issued me a refund either.

Nothing Heavy Construction, noise, dust

Sticky boot prints on the bathroom floor. Drywall dust and dusty fingerprints in the room. Window was old and partly broken.

This property gets horrible reviews which I think are a little unfair. It is located practically on the highway so it is noisy but they put in good windows which block the brunt of the noise out. The car was almost in sight of my room and it did not get broken into. The washer and dryer were next to the front desk and elevator so it was safe. The bed and pillows were comfy. You could walk between the bed and the tv without banging your knees. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and appreciated. I was next to the ice machine and I finally figured out that the noise I heard in the middle of the night was someone scraping every ounce of ice out of the machine. There was also a woman who came in last night at 1:05 AM with a loud brassy voice and had sex or was trying to slaughter a pig until 5:30 AM. I know that is not the responsibility of the hotel but I could not sleep a wink.

it was a very basic breakfast, but it was always filled and it had many spreads for the bagels when i came in there was hair on my bed sheets meaning it wasn't clean, then they had no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles by the wall i had to ask for some, then my remote control for the tv had no batteries , i had to go to the front desk and ask for more, then the hanger by the door was broken, and i didn't get a ice bucket. to my opinion someone has to check if everything is in order before someone comes in

Has a nice view along with a gym for great exercise.

Easy to get to and comfy bed No clock in room. No coffee maker in room. Coffee down stairs was full of grounds. Lots of renovations going on.

Our room did not have an ice bucket, only one cup for the bathroom, No extra toilet paper.

The staff was great, as always. And the location is perfect. The room was not clean. I found bugs, hair, dirt, and stains all over the place. The room had a funny smell. Which is crazy, because the first room I had there was perfect. It smelled good, comfortable, and it looked good. I've been to this hotel about four times. And the rooms have gotten worse each, and every time.

I feel that our room could of have been vacuumed beforehand

The staff was nice. And the location is perfect. I've been to this hotel a couple of times. The first time was great. The room smelled amazing, and my room was so clean. But after that, it went downhill. With every visit the rooms are getting worse. Last visit the room was dirty. I found hair, dirt, bugs, and stains all over the place. I went, and wiped everything down myself. I even washed the blankets before attempting to lay down. Then the whole 3rd floor had a funny smell to it. My room included. This will probably be my last time going there.

It was in a good location for what we needed. There were weird pencil shavings under the bathroom sink and the bright lights shine through the windows all night even with the drapes closed.
