Hampton Inn & Suites Dayton-Airport

The room was spacious, the bathroom had a lot of towels, the was firm and the room decoration had a warm feeling. Very home warming. A great place to stay. N/A

Good location and a shuttle to Dayton Airport

What was most concerning - at breakfast two guests, a man and woman, came down from their room, crossed the lobby in full view of the staff member, inappropriately dressed (no shirt, no shoes, sleep wear) and walked into the food service area while other guests just stared. I understand that standards have slipped but no guest should ever leave their room without being properly clothed, especially to walk through a food service area. Gross!

I set my alarm for 3:30 a.m. to catch the 4:30 a.m. airport shuttle, made sure all lights were out, and went to bed in a dark room with the door locked and latched. I awoke at 2:42 a.m. and noticed the bathroom light was on. I closed my eyes to catch that additional 48 minutes of sleep. When my alarm went off at 2:30 a.m., the bathroom light was off. Now, what was that all about?!

Location was convenient; king suite was large The property is in desperate need of updating ~ the carpet was dirty; tile grout flaking off in bathroom area; old blinds that don’t close all the way for total darkness; couch had stains on it; old style microwave; TV was not smart TV for apps; wish I had taken photos to show

Breakfast was yummy! Elevators were quick, The electrical outlets in the bathroom of my room were not working but I did report that and the staff responded kindly

This hotel was chosen because it is close to family’s house. We were assigned a pretty large room, located away from the noise of the highway. They failed to clean our room even though we stayed for three nights. The front desk staff said the cleaning staff was busy on the day it was supposed to be cleaned. I was able to get clean towels and coffee pods at the front desk to take back to our room.

I love how big the rooms are! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. My kids loved the fact that there were strawberry waffles with whip cream and sprinkles!

The staff and breakfast were excellent. There was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector, the clerk removed it for us. The is a broken plug piece in one outlet above the desk the room was somewhat dirty behind the bed stand, the couch smelled bad and cushions were torn at the seem and the windows were dirty.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We were there for just one night, but would stay again if in the area in the future.

Breakfast was not refilled while we're downstairs, oatmeal, cheese omelets, and Chobani yogurt
