Good service

The front desk staff could not help with anything. The TV was static and i was given a tv guide. Took me a half hour to get channels to come in. We had late check out of noon and door knocked on before 11. Understand housekeeping not informedpool down

The water was not hot, the rooms are not a plus, they're wore out and not maintained very well. Everything was clean, there was no bad smells and the pool was not working and I would imagine from the state of things the pool probably has not worked in a long time. I saw one staff when I came in at night and I saw one staff when I left the next day and they were very friendly.

Honestly there was nothing to like about our stay! I didn't like the fact that a nice, clean pool was advertised and when we arrived there the lights did not work at all. My 3 and 5 year old were scared to even stay long. Not to mention the temperature of the pool was WAY TOO COLD! Snack machines were empty, carpet was soaking wet and the breakfast was terrible. Staff did not communicate well and did not fix any problem that I had.

Hotels.com messed up my reservation. That wasn't the hotel's fault, but they really wouldn't work with me to straighten it out. When we eventually got our room, a full hour after arriving, there was no bedding on one of the beds. I walked down to the desk to report it and they gave me a set of sheets to make up the bed. I asked for a blanket and pillow too so she went and got a blanket. Then I asked again for a pillow. It took a long time and she finally brought one with no pillowcase. At that point it was past 2 am and I just needed to sleep. The bedding was stained. I was too tired to look around the room.

It had a good bed and the room was clean

Staff was frie day and helpful. Very clean room.

Could use a ice machine but overall it’s quiet and well maintained

Terrible smell in room

Nothing looked anything like the photos online or showing on the screen in the lobby. Comforter was dirty, pool was half lite and they were flashing on and off. The breakfast was horrible. When we got there the lady was scrapping the bottom of the pan for all the dried out stuck on eggs and said that's it. Couldn't buy a bottle of water anywhere in the place. AC unit was loud and the fridge made a funny noise when it came on. Batteries where dead in the TV remote.

Very convenient when going to the airport, but no shuttle. Quiet, but very dated and not super clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.

TV didn't work; towels look dirty; property manager threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn't show up within 30 minutes and pre-pay my bill even though I told her that I would be there within the hour--AVOID!!!

We needed one night as we were passing through, and this hotel worked for that, though I would have preferred to stay elsewhere. The lobby area was half nice. Restaurant and bar were non operational. The hallways were gross. The elevator was even more gross. Our room was newly renovated and was comfortable. The walls are thin, and there was a couple dispute somewhere near our room that sounded like they were next door. It's convenient to the highway.

It was clean Parking not great. I didn’t want leave my bags unattended so I could park. Had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs in parking lot. The lot overflowed and people parking on sides. Making it difficult to maneuver.

It needs remodeled it was dirty

The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The quarters were tight, the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, and the AC was hard to adjust. Breakfast was the bare minimum, with no vegan or turkey options. It could definitely use some upgrades. However, if you're looking for a clean and affordable place to stay it'll work.
