My overall stay was ok my first room we pulled the cover back and it was some type of bug but it wasn’t a bed bug also they didn’t have enough towels and rags in the room but the overall stay was ok

Nothing Rooms were horrible. I reported the rooms were filthy . There was nasty brown stuff on walls and doors. Tub was nasty and peeling. My kids were very uncomfortable there. They gave us another room, but it was only a little better. I wanted to cancel the second night and was told to call the third party(Booking.com). Didn't get a refund, was unable to cancel, was not going to stay a second night in nasty rooms, so I loss money.

Quality below advertising, several attempts to get into the room unable to faulty key equipment and loose door handle. Never stayed, left. The service from desk worker was excellent, but the facility was poor quality, the customer reviews stated 4.8, complete lie!

It was in a decent location The first room was a non smoking room but it 100% had been smoked in the smell was unbearable, and the room was dirty. They gave us a new room and it was better but still wasn't the cleanest, especially the ac unit.

Amenities were sparse. The only chair in the room was an uncomfortable desk chair. Upkeep was lacking. Pretty far from Metro city center.

chosen by price and not worth it. The floor was buckled. Police hung out in parking lot by some apparent need. No sense of urgency to help patrons. What a mess.

What breakfast? Sheets and comforter had cigarette burns in them. Mattress was super soft, not to my liking as I have back issues. Sign said pets stay free but I was charged for 2 days. Plus a fifty dollar deposit.

No shampoo. Soap so small tough to hold. No extra blanket. Neighbors were fighting until 2 AM and nobody did anything. No more MOTEL 6 for me ever.

Bed was hard. Check out person was engaging and extremely helpful.
