Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport by IHG

Very easy to get to. Free 24 hrs shuttle to and from CVG. Staff were great. Affordable parking.

Room was clean and they have made updates. Great price and close to airport. The hotel shuttle was very useful. I will stay again and recommend this Holiday Inn.

Hotel shuttle was convenient. Room was clean & sufficient for one night. My room & the hotel overall show quite a bit of deferred maintenance & age.

Room was a little dated.The king bed was harder than the floor but the pillows were great. I dropped a lid off my drink and it went under the bed. When I went to get it. I found all kinds of trash and food under the bed. The staff was amazing. Food and adult beverages were a little pricey but convenient.

Our room was clean and nice. Nice pool and exercise room. I will stay here again.

Shuttle service was good, front desk service was decent but the lady told me breakfast was not included in my reservation I decided not to go back show her my reservation again, this is my second time staying at this Hotel, but next time will stay somewhere else, yes the property need renovation!! Thanks to the lady at the bar she is very nice

This hotel was the epitome of “okay”. It has certainly aged, and could use some updates. It was clean enough, and the staff was fine. The bartender would not let me take a rocks glass up to my room, which was strange. Absolutely no vending on my floor and the elevator area was straight out of 1990. I remember this hotel being pretty nice back in the day, but it looks like Father Time has taken a bit of a toll.

I was anticipating a very early international flight and as I was parking long term at Holiday inn,I decided to just stay there as they offer 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport. A win-win situation. To get to my room on the 6th floor, I had to traverse a very dirty,sticky carpeted hallway. Once in my room, the most glaring thing I saw was the air conditioning vent - it was moldy and mildewy. When I turned down the bed, it was apparent someone else had slept in that bed without the linens being changed. I took a shower to try to relax. The provided soap, shampoo and conditioner were nice. But when I got out of the shower to dry off, the bath towel had thumbsized holes in it. I didn't put my shoes on when getting out of the shower and going into the room for my clothing. Imagine my surprise when the bottoms of my feet were dirty just from the walk across the room carpet! It is wonderful to have good staff who are attentive to guests, but the accommodations themselves leave so much to be desired.

Will definitely be staying here again!
