Convenient airport shuttle. Great customer service. Rooms are too dark for my taste. But for a short stay is ok. Convenient

I believe if there is an emergency that is not under my control in being hospitalized my booking should have been refunded instead they say not their problem and took my money for the night..... and still revoked the room I'm done with this establishment

The hotel itself was nice but they did not have cable service for TV so there was nothing available to watch and the room temperature was always too warm. The staff was pleasant. The location is less than desirable but good enough and the grounds were well well-maintained.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! And I am very EASY/simple to please for I do not make a mess. I just like my bed MADE and fresh towels daily... I really didn't like the fact that the staff acted like management was not available and would never BE available nor could they do anything about NO HOUSEKEEPING three days in a row. The room stay was NOT FREE. I expected a basic level of service, nothing elaborate.

The shuttle driver, Keith, provided fantastic customer service. One of the passengers needed assistance getting off the bus. Keith thought only assisted her off the bus, but assisted her inside and made sure she got settled inside the hotel.

The privately owned restaurant, where breakfast was served, cut off the daily dinner specials, because the hotel was sold out. I feel this to be very unprofessional.

Hotel was very nice but the room walls are paper thin. Heard complete conversation with women across the hall talking about family issues and then there was clawing within the walls. Got 0 sleep for my early morning flight

Let's just say no heat, no heat, no heat. Hotel was very chilly due to the heaters not working in the rooms. We moved to another room the second day and the heat still did not work. Since my wife and I are a older couple with medical conditions heat is very important. The breakfast was okay except that they ran out og food multiple times but the hey did bring out substitutions.

This place was wonderful, pool was beautiful staff was great, the buffet breakfast was delicious. Loved this trip all around!

Quick check in and easy access to the airport. Gas station right across the way. Only complaint would be the restaurant inside. Wonderful staff and food but way too high of volume for just two employees. food and drink were great for the price. Everyone we encountered were very friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the helpfulness and friendliness of server Tennessee. Loved having a restaurant right in the lobby. The 24 hour shuttle was very helpful.

The hotel was ok. The staff somehow checked in someone else under my reservation….I was turned away twice not realizing the error. Breakfast was decent. Hotel could use more training and a facelift.

The Bar and restaurant was s chill cool Vibe and food and cocktails were good.. One complaint, room was clean just had a musty smell almost like wet carpet..sprayed some perfume and helped somewhat
