Property was dated, but the bed was comfy and the staff were excellent. The restaurant food was also delicious.

Everything was perfect. Staff was amazing

The room was good. It was clean and had an updated bathroom and comfortable bed. The shape of the room was a little odd but fine for us and our one night stay. The property in general was a bit outdated and the exercise room was not great. The biggest issue was that the breakfast option was not clear for most guests. We had paid when we made the reservation for the breakfast but when we checked in they didn't say anything about needing to get a voucher for the breakfast. Seems like that is something that should have been done/explained at check in. There clearly had been some miscommunication regarding breakfast with a baseball team that was there and it made for a very awkward breakfast as the guests were complaining and arguing with the staff. The breakfast was understaffed for sure and I never saw a manager or anyone else come over to help clear up the issue which made it even more difficult for the staff to attend to their job. Overall it was fine for needing a place to stay near the airport but I don't know that I would want to stay any more than one night.

I stayed 3 nights and everything was great!

Bedding was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Room carpet was not clean. There was a lot of dust on things. There was a hair on the phone that didn’t work. TV also didn’t work. I called for maintenance and no one came.

We’ve stayed at several Holiday Inns and this was one of the best ones! Very friendly staff and nicely appointed room.

Paid extra for breakfast package but breakfast was horrible.
