Did not eat breakfast Staff could be a bit more professional although they were for the most part helpful . Final bill was significantly larger than the quote.

Perfect location as a stop over after arriving late in Cincinnati. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast / cafe good. Comfortable beds. Nothing.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed going to watch the airplanes take off from the airport viewing area just a few minutes away.

I was thinking there’d be breakfast, but there was a restaurant that you’d have to pay for an additional price.

The room was comfortable. Everything was great! I don't have any complaints about this room -424.

The ease of getting into the room and the location were the best things about my stay. It was also pretty comfortable. Due to the room meeting the expectation of needing a place to lay my head at night because I wasn't there long, I will say it met my expectations. Stayed in room 425. The room had a little shake. The bed and couch would slightly shake out of nowhere. It would stop and begin again. When I told the front desk about it they kinda blew it off. Said it had never been reported before. Also, the soap had already been opened and the room seemed to have had a "quick clean" It wasn't the best cleaning job.

Only annoyance was the noisy HVAC system and its poor control…

I had a recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport, and the experience was excellent, meeting all my expectations. Expedia made it easy to set up the reservation and my first call to Jessica, at the desk when I checked in, was met with a very cheerful voice. She answered all my questions including her suggestion for when to call for the shuttle and offered. complimentary bottle of water. I've stayed here before and interacted with her and she has been excellent! The shuttle drivers were very good, and timely on their pick up and drop-off. Since this was close to the airport, the trip took less than twelve minutes in the morning, including one other stop. Price was reasonable, and I would recommend this Courtyard for an overnight stay, and will very likely stay here again when I return.
