Quality Inn & Suites CVG Airport

Old and smelly. Definitely can tell who owns this. Old ugly gold and brown furniture. Loud party in the side parking lot.we could see through the door crack! Yall need to pass this one up.

His hotel is outdated. From the outside it is modern but the rooms need updating. They don’t have ports for charging phones and the bathrooms definitely need updating.

The room smells musty.

It’s a older hotel that just needs some good maintenance: Bathroom renovations and new updated dresser and refrigerator along with other furniture but the beds were very comfortable to sleep on and the sheets and bedding was clean. I booked this because it was supposed to be like a mile and a half from the airport but it wasn’t that close to where you could walk there if you wanted or needed to. I was planning on walking but it’s probably more like a 4 to 5 mile walk.

My flight was cancelled and I had to find a place FAST. They came through. The airline had sent me a text "your bag is on its way" before I left the airport. After I was on property, they called to say my bag was in the airport. AND they closed in an hour, and would reopen at 10 AM (my rescheduled departure was 6 AM). The shuttle driver made a special trip so my bag would not be stranded.

Ice machine broke and the breakfast was a total disaster you couldn’t even get a cup of coffee

For a cheaper airport hotel, this was fine for the price. The room was clean which is what matters.

Bed was comfortable, clean. Bathroom clean, but very small and dilapidated Out of shampoo and not refilled during stay. Out of toilet paper, eventually went and just got from housekeeping. Room very beat up. Front desk folks very confusing, second room reservation was not handled correctly by them despite informing of later check in as they would not allow early check in. I believe there were significant language barriers.
