Quality Inn & Suites CVG Airport

Plenty of parking. Lobby and breakfast area were nice but the halls and room were outdated and not clean. The lamp on the end table did not work and the outlet sparked when I plugged in my phone charger.

Awesome price. Awesome location. Awesome staff. Awesome place. Everything was great. Room was clean and nice. Smart TV. Great food for breakfast. Will definitely be back!!!

My initial review would have been absolutely terrible. But after staying there for 3 nights, it was just ‘okay’ at best. I wouldn’t stay here again. We had to have our room changed because of an overwhelming smell and we are NOT the kind of people to be picky or complain about things! Second room still had a very odd and unpleasant odor, but we dealt with it. The room had some cosmetic issues and wasn’t cleaned the best. Mildly worried about bed bugs (but we were fine). All appliances worked well. No issues with the water/plumbing. TV remote didn’t work right. Hotel pool was nice to fill some time a couple of the evenings for a quick dip. Continental breakfast was good. No hassle parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. The last few things mentioned saved our experience. The overall room condition was the downfall.

Other than that the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is dirty. Would not stay there again.

Outdated rooms with awful cheap fabric covers on the furniture, toilet was clogged when we got to the room, tv barely worked, property looked unkempt. Overpowering stench of deodorizer when we entered the room was nauseating, to the point we had to open the windows and air the place out. Elevator was slow and makes concerning thumping sounds. Door to our room was able to be opened with any card by sliding it in the opening crack where the lock should have been properly engaged. Pool looked dirty and not well maintained. Everything we touched felt like it had a layer of grime. Would not recommend.

Room was not cleaned well. Lot of issues with room conditions where things were falling apart, walls were cracking, lights barely working, staff was disorganized and walked in on us multiple times since they had poor communication amongst one another. Nothing advertised was as described. If I am in this city again, I will be avoiding this hotel entirely

Everything was ok. Not great but not bad. The staff forget to add our 2nd day, so we couldn’t get into our room. They did help and was friendly about and apologize.

Rooms had a horrible smell, a combination of cat urine and bug bomb. Asked clerk at desk for another room. That one smelled even worse. Requested that it be made right, only for clerk to say that he could not do anything. Turned in keys immediately to drive 2 hours to get home. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Never had a problem with Quality ainn or any Choice hotel.

We got two rooms. One room was dirty, it smelled musty and moldy. The bed just had the blankets thrown over it. The second room was already occupied. I opened the door and there was a guy in the bed with his stuff unpacked all over the room, so you could tell he’d been there for awhile. Got a refund and went to the holiday inn.

Maintenance thru out the entire building looked like a 12 year old had been doing it from incorrect fasteners holding things together to culking that looked like kindergartner finger paint projects. The hand rail in the shower room 203 was white pvc pipe. Coffee machine in lobby put coffee grounds In Your cup. Wish I had canceled and drove the two hr trip home to sleep after the concert.

Staff at the front desk were nearly robotic. They do not make you feel very welcome and were what I consider rude. I am sure this is not what you want to portray for future guests.

It was a 5 minute drive from the airport and it was clean enough for me to sleep comfortably. It wasn’t necessarily special but it did the job and it was reasonably priced. Parking was adequate.

The lady at the desk was nice. The room itself had a slight odor upon entering. The sink had a continuous drip and had rust from the drip. There were no washcloths in the bathroom for the shower. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but not soap. Overall it was just average at best. I would not stay there again.

Room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was rather limited. Very good for a single night stay when flying.

Our stay was comfortable. We all slept well. Breakfast on our first day was about an hour late. It included waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast. I heard others complain that the coffee machine wasn’t making very nice coffee. I appreciates the ice machine on my floor. The kids enjoyed the pool. The property was functional. I gave it 4 stars because the decor in the public spaces wasn’t as fancy as some other hotels.

Only there for a short time as I had a flight to catch early the next morning. But the staff behind the desk and behind the wheel were very very good.
