Marriott Cincinnati Airport

Room was spacious, but showed evidence of heavy use and built up dirt.

The HVAC underperformed and I was insulted by a salty member of the desk staff. I stayed as part of a conference package. If I returned to the area, I'd be looking for another place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful, we enjoyed the food, the gym and the pool. There is a gas station feet from the property where we could refill the rental car and it’s only 4-5 minutes from the airport which worked perfectly for our 6 am flight.

The room was dirty and the bathrooms were nesty there's A blood on the carpet and spider whip everywhere even My little girl got read spots after the first night sleep

This was a great hotel. Having the ability to leave our car there for such a nominal was fantastic.

Staff could be more nicer not all of them through, we only encountered one and the others were nice.

Marriott transferred my reservation without any advanced notice. I went to check in with a young child and was quickly given a piece of paper and told to go to the Double Tree. The address was not included and a woman working there was incredibly rude, and proceeded to make things far worse than they needed to be. I will never stay at this hotel again, she should be ashamed of herself for treating someone so poorly.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I would not stay here again. Pipes in the wall from the bathroom were making the loudest noise that woke me up. The location is only convenient if you need to be right by the airport, nothing else. Lastly as I was checking out the guy at the front desk has such a rude tone of voice. I ended up only staying 1/3 nights that I booked

Website needs updates. On room tv menu has Starbucks listed and it’s been closed since Covid. Appreciate being able to stay and have airport service. Mattresses need attention.
