Bad

Had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. After a 6 hour drive. That wasn’t ideal but they did apologize. The room had a stale smell and the a/c was a little loud. No complimentary water but there was complimentary coffee. For the price, I don’t think it was worth it. It was clean though.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and accessible for every question and concern. The breakfast was an added bonus that eliminated the need to find food first thing in the morning. When in town, I would choose this property again.

The facilities were clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful if you get there early. Kaycee was excellent and pleasant at every encounter over our 3 day stay. I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights. I asked for them to be close and was told that would happen...we were on the second and third floors. If housekeeping doesn't service your room you will not receive fresh towels. Let me explain. The second floor room caught the housekeeper and refreshed our towels etc so the dnd was placed on that door. The third floor room had no dnd and was not serviced at all. When they went to the front desk the staff member Keegan stated they had no more towels in the entire facility because they were full! Now I dont know about you but I find that unacceptable it took away from their review.

Very helpful and courteous. Room was nice. Prices were reasonable.

Parking out front was available and made unloading easy. Nice hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea available.
