Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hebron - Cincinnati Airport by IHG

Exceptional

The staff was fantastic! They were so helpful- polite and knowledgeable.

Great

Close to airport and staff was amazing. Love the fresh ground coffee machine! We were in the last room by the laundry so we heard the washer and dryer when it was being used.

Amy made our whole trip super memorable & fun! She was super helpful, friendly & we had such a blast coming back to the hotel to see her! :) we had 5 girls in one room for bachelorette party & we all fit perfectly! Everyone was super kind & helpful in making sure we were taken care of! Highly recommend :)

do not know

Got there on a Friday and didn't get a shower curtain till Saturday afternoon. Tub didn't drain while showering. Pillowcases had something yellow on two of them. And the floor were sticky from the moment we stepped in the room. I've honestly never been to a Holiday Inn that was even remotely bad until this stay. I was very disappointed...

The hotel was very well kept, and clean. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Clean room, clean hotel, good breakfast

The window area was dirty, the air conditioner had a lot of dust on it, and there was also dust above the bed. We stayed there for two days, and the room was not cleaned or the bed made. The only things that were done were taking out the trash and replacing the towels, even though the website states that daily housekeeping is provided. In my opinion, simply removing the trash and replacing the towels does not qualify as daily housekeeping. I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall housekeeping service

The man front desk worker was nasty!

Arrived at 10:30pm to check in to find out they cancelled my reservation without telling me and gave my room to someone else.

Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast choices! Definitely would recommend.

loved it ! pictures were accurate , it was very quiet. best breakfast i’ve ever had

Great location, very clean and accommodating!

Bathroom showered curtain was very dirty at bottom. Other than that the property was very clean.

Exceptional

It was very family friendly!!!

Room was clean, staff friendly and breakfast was good.

The air conditioner was broken, either had to plug it in or unplug it so freeze or be hot. Pool was closed by order of health department and we had no idea my 3 kids were wanting to swim and couldn't that was very upsetting!rude staff, trash on hall
