Hampton Inn Cincinnati Airport - North

The ladies were wonderful when we first checked in. Unfortunately when speaking with the manager the following morning about a couple of concerns she wasn’t nearly as attentive. Rather rude I might add. I was trying to return a lactose milk product I purchased the night before. I feel a sign is warranted to make the consumer aware. I thought it was a local brand. She said it’s regular milk. Google and my taste buds say otherwise. They buy it for its longer shelf life. It didn’t go unnoticed that the room smelled really good until the following morning when we smelled what we thought was sewage. Apparently an issue in the next room the manager had entered twice but said it was only a leak from the ac. A bench needs a handyman to tighten the bolts in the smoking area. Great to see you provide for smokers as well as controls the cigarette butts off the ground. I wish I had felt more comfortable to address this issue with the morning manager. Overall the bed was pretty comfortable and felt clean. I should note that replacing your pink haired management could prove beneficial.

Clean quiet room at a good price. Cheerful staff. Great breakfast.

Be careful with the tub. The interior is contoured and one could slip. The breakfast is ok. Eggs are a bit suspect. What are they really?

Did not stay. Carpets had been cleaned and though I applaud the maintenance the staff should have taken both of the rooms assigned to us out of use. Room 1 had a strong urine odor which the front desk person acknowledged and stated “ it happens” and was not concerned . Room 2 still had wet carpets and we not slipped on the tile in the bathroom as our shoes had become wet. Checked out - no one seemed to care !

Parking was easy, breakfast was great, easy access to the CVG airport.

We had a short overnight stay here on our way to Tennessee but the room was spacious enough and clean and the breakfast had a nice spread with pretty much everything you could want. Staff were polite. I would stay here again

Breakfast was good everyday. The gym was basic but workable. I lost my keys in the washing machine and the hotel manager would not let the maintenance man find it in the washout of the drum. The room was 2 full beds. I ordered 1 king bed. The mattress was too firm.

There were no amenities other than 1 makeup remover package, no shower caps, qtips packages. Very minimal and we paid for a suite, not just a regular room. Rm 223 tub needs a handicap grab bar on back wall. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Location was very good for our trip and near the highway. Free WiFi and free parking are excellent.

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I booked the hotel for the free shuttle to the airport, but the shuttle didn’t start early enough for our flight.

It's a good hotel when you're travelling and need to be need the airport. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and I had everything that I needed there. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay indeed! The breakfast wasn't amazing, but that's not a big deal.

Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Pool was a little cold. Hotel was very convenient to the airport. Overall a great stay.
