Hotel does not offer a buffet breakfast You need to plan ahead and order breakfast to the room or have enough time to sit & order from the sit down restaurant.

We were surprised that there was no way to walk from the hotel to the airport without walking in the road or the grass. The room was fully adequate but could have smelled a bit better (less like industrial cleaners). Also we would have loved a couch, which there was plenty of space for.

The hotel clearly gets a LOT of use due to its close proximity to CVG. It needs updating, it needs a better restaurant and it needs to hire another driver for their shuttle for peak times. We waited an hour from the time we arrived with our luggage to the shuttle platform at 7:30 p.m. at CVG until we finally were able to get on the shuttle back to the hotel to pick up our car. There were a lot of people in line and 4 shuttles came and went (with the same driver) until we could get on. And of course the line cutters were very active and that whole experience was terrible. Next time we will stay somewhere else and/or park at airport fast park.

My colleague and I was only there for a few hours overnight and had an early shuttle ride to the airport for a flight out. Everything in the hotel was as expected and the staff were super nice and helpful. I am certain I will be visiting again in the near future. That we didn't have time to enjoy the facility and the amenities.

Literally right next to the airport! Phenomenal staff and a nice stay, room was comfortable and stayed cool given the 90 degree temps outside.

Hair on the shower walls and floor; dust and hair on the desk. Mildew smell permeated the room. Who cleans this place?? I was desperate at 11pm after a cancelled flight; hopefully I’ll never be back.

This hotel is conveniently located by CVG which was why I chose it. The shuttle is great and gets to and from the airport quickly; however, it seems there should be a way to walk to the hotel. My biggest disappointment with the property is that it was very damp in all parts of it. This made the bed sheets , towels and carpet feel damp and no amount of AC was knocking it down. As a result, it made it feel a little less clean to me and made me less comfortable in what was otherwise a very comfortable bed. I appreciated that check-out was at noon rather than 11am as is the case with more and more places.

When booking via 3rd party make sure you have the detailed information about your reservation. The double tree was great very friendly staff, and I would most definitely recommend staying here‼️

The bed were very comfortable.. Location wasn't too bad. Hallway had a very strong odor. Urine from the pets in carpet bad. 2. Breakfast for Hilton Honors could have been better. 3. Happy Hour would have been great for the price.
