Clean comfortable beds. Two-bed Room was especially long, with plenty of empty space for 3 people. Rooms look new. Very good breakfast, other than needs bananas. Pool has been renovated and was great. Fitness room ok. Would be happy to stay again!

Had to switch rooms due to an odor that was excessive. Staff was great and moved is right away. Ok place for a night close to the airport

Staff was amazing- very kind and helpful. In general the hotel seemed run down and our room was gross. It had a damp smell to it combined with cigarette smoke, think old bowling alley smell. The pull out sofa was dirty and the mattress had holes in it. And the red arm chair had brown stains all over it. Overall it’s a no for us, would not stay again.

Stayed for a night as we were passing through the local area heading towards our final destination. The staff was friendly and the room comfortable.

Great coustomer service at tbe Desk and Shuttle Service to the airport. But, some what lacking on requested room cleaning as agreed .

Quick check in. Great location. Plenty of breakfast options and hot items. I also scheduled and took the shuttle ride to the airport drop off area.

Everything was perfect. Just couldn’t get an extra pillow.

We always leave before the breakfast time, so I can't comment on that. It's fine for an overnight stay.

Staff was good but room smelled damp and musty and tv outdated. Primarily complaint was the unreasonable amount charged for a mediocre room. Granted, I did agree to the charge but my expectations were high due to reviews.

We were on the third floor and it had a funky smell. The room smelled even worse. The bathroom door was very water damaged and warped. You could see water damage on the wall that they tried to hide with paint. There were loose tiles in bathroom floor. The elevator was extremely slow. The furniture in the room was dirty torn up. One of our rooms was not cleaned until after check in. Overall not a place I would recommend to anyone.

It was a very busy weekend in the area and our reservation was cancelled and no one from the hotel contacted me to let me know my payment had not gone through (I had to replace my debit card with a new number) and so they cancelled the reservation and gave it to someone else. Also, there was no one at the front desk initially because they had to go pick up a customer from the airport. A worker was there but she was off the clock and didn't offer much help.

Sophora was excellent. Made our stay very comfortable.

Clean room, comfortable bed and great shower!!! Breakfast was excellent. Only objection was the AC was loud.
