Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cincinnati Airport, KY

The room we stayed in had a very strong mildew smell. The next day we ask to change rooms and the new room was better. We stayed 5 nights here and they never once came to empty our trash or give new towels. The sign does say they don't come everyday and if you need something to just ask before 11. But in fine print it says they will come every 3 days, that didn't happen. Also the person working at the front desk is also the shuttle bus driver, so they were constantly leaving to take or pick up someone.

The hotel was ok, beds uncomfortable and a weird musty smell in rooms and hall

Our room was not up to par with the rest of the place. Maybe a different room. Employees were wonderful and helpful!

My only complaint is that the sheets kept coming off the corner (and are a poly-blend) but compared with hotels at this level - that was a minor issue.

A great overnight stay to catch a very early flight. Friendly staff, well maintained property and clean.

Box springs need to be replaced. People sit on the ends of the beds and break the box springs. Otherwise clean. Breakfast was OK. Friendly staff.

Room was humid but the service was excellent, airport shuttle worked well for us.

The cleanliness of the rooms were very disappointing. The bathroom looked to have mold like stains in the ceiling. The sitting chair in 1 room was very stained and nasty looking. The pool was clean, but very cold. Also, the tile that is around the pool is a very slick tile, it was very slippery. The staff was friendly and assisted us as needed, we have no complaints there at all. Over all the facility was just not what we expected it to be.

Our stay was decent. The room was clean but run down in areas and the lobby/stairs were run down (carpet dirty/stained). The kids enjoyed the pool and there were towels in pool area to use, which was convenient. Overall, not a bad stay.

left a bag of trash outside my door on the 2nd night of our stay, and the same bag was still there when we checked out. Some staff were pleasant. Will not stay again.

Upon arrival, we waited 10 minutes at the desk before anyone appeared to check us in. The one elevator available was very slow and within days of its maintenance schedule due. There was a hole in our bathroom wall, and the only place to hang wet towels was on the handles of the shower doors. There was no place to sit in the room except the bed and a rickety desk chair. The hot food on the breakfast buffet was good, but there was no fresh fruit, typically available at most hotel buffets.
