Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Cincinnati Airport, KY

The shuttle to the airport was such a blessing!!! And the breakfasts with your stay! Makes me want to visit this place again it’s not too far from airport. It was such a nice place! Nothing really bad to share

Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was okay

We only stayed 1 night. They helped us get to the airport. Our stay was great!!!

Room and bathroom clean and a lot of towels provided. Good experience. Airport transport was ready for me at 4am on the dot!!! Would stay again when in area if needed

Very clean and helpful staff.

Hotel is in major need of updating. We could not use the security lock (the swivel square), as it was bent and locked us out whenever we left. The staff member finally taped it shut so it wouldn't lock us out anymore. There were no more suites, so he said he couldn't move us to another room. The air conditioner had a very bad smell to it, and the fan to push air to the "living" area just made the smell worse. The hallways smelled like stale smoke. The sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast was really good! I wouldn't stay here again unless they had done some major rennovations.

From pictures, the room looked very nice and spacious. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell and the room had a very dirty feel to it. The pull out couch was dirty, lopsided, and made loud creaky sounds. The pillows were extremely flat, the bed felt unclean… we probably wouldn’t stay here again. The pro is that the room was spacious for our family but overall the hotel could use updates and a deep clean.

Very good

Nothing Location, bed, pillows, heating air conditioning system, smell

Breakfast location and staff Bed

Basic nice hotel with free shuttle from the airport

Great beds, food was good and friendly staff.

Checked in late. Room still available

Very good

Need really bad updates and cleaning! A coat of paint goes a long way! New linens are in NEED. New AC filters also(smells bad)… the sliding shower door wouldn’t slide all the way, it was a walk-in shower but bad install with the shower pan… the staff was nice and helpful

Overall a good clean place to stay, courteous and pleasant staff, good hot breakfast, dining arear was clean. Rooms had a musty smell, hall way carpet showing signs of wear. Again overall I would stay there again.

Location was near the event I attended.

The hotel was amazing, close to everything we wanted. The staff and everyone were friendly

The breakfast was okay, definitely nothing special, and not a lot of options. The area was convenient for our trip but we will likely not stay here again.
