Great stay

I booked this hotel last minute for holiday travel. The lobby and staff were warm and welcoming. Pool was clean and felt great to swim outside! Our room was spacious and the balcony with seating and viewing the palm trees was perfect to have morning coffee and breakfast. Probably the comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in! They also include some free snacks in the room which was very nice and appreciated! We had an issue with the AC unit but the front desk sent maintenance up immediately, I was shocked! Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options including 2 meat choices and fresh fruit. Overall great experience, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

Overall good experience

We went there for legoland on the 4th of July. It was definitely not cheap, but had a good review so we decided to stay here. It had a nice welcome basket with variety of snacks. Two things that we wished that were different are bigger bathroom and bigger space for continental breakfast. The bathroom was very small and the breakfast area was 2 hotel rooms that got renovated.

Place is kind of old but the beds are comfortable and they give you plenty of towels pretty clean needs some what of a remodel but its nice have been to worse i would stay again

We got a room with hot tube/jacuzzi but out off 6 jets ONLY 2 where working. Why charge more fir these rooms if they are not working

Carpet felt a little dirty and shower was weak, but amenities were good, sheets were clean, and the free breakfast was nice.

I would stay there again. Which is to say that I had no major complaints. The rooms are comfortable but could use could use some upgrading. They had a good sized flat screen and a new A/C unit. But carpet was old and stretched in the high traffic areas. The breakfast is better than most.

We loved the happy hour! It was clean and the staff was attentive.

Breakfast is marginal, bean burritos for breakfast is not my norm, maybe custom but weird. Watered down eggs and no variance in menu if you have an extended stay. It was the same thing every day with only one day switched for hashbrowns instead of burritos. Bakery/bread selection good. Check your room location, if you want a view. We paid a pretty penny to walk out onto our balcony to look out to a wall and the roof of the canopy over the entrance. Seriously, you get to look at the dated broken sky lights, roof tiles, and cigarette butts left on balcony walls and top of roof. Plus rooms tucked in behind ice machine and next to elevator is a weird set up to begin with and very noisy on busy days. Will not recommend for anything more than a quick overnight.

Nothing. We were denied entry. Our stay cancelled without warning. No body called. We reached at 12:30 am and found the booking cancelled. The credit card was working and used every where else. Really had the worst experience. We than searched for another hotel and moved there with lot of difficulty. Very bad show. booking.com. The front desk staff was rude and Mis behaved.

The free breakfast was great, good variety and quality. Literally everything is old and dirty and needs completely replaced and upgraded. Carpets, paint, bathtub, everything is really crappy. The furniture is still good; comfortable bed and sofa, the office desk and TV are fine too. The rest is garbage.

Staff went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. Well maintained property great price and great location.

Location was good for our needs. The room was in poor condition. The shower curtain did not cover the tub which led to a flooded floor. The receptacles were worn out. Phone chargers etc were literally falling out of the outlet.
