Great stay, everything I needed.

This property itself and my room were absolutely nothing like what the pictures look like on this site. I arrived rather late at about midnight due to traffic and walked in to a lobby filled with about 20 to 25 incredibly drunk people just sitting in the lobby with beer, right in front of there feet and the hotel associate did see all of this and allow it. They were belligerent, loud messy, and out of control and he did nothing about it. There was beer, cans everywhere, spilt beer on the floor and everything looked in disarray. When I got to my room, there was no decorative blankets or pillows or any thing of quality in that room. the pillows were awful. The sheets were stained. There was chips and all of the wood in the furniture. The towels were also stained. It was an awful experience.

Pleasant surprise! The hotel front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was tasty. The location was convenient with In and Out, Raisin’ Canes, and Del Taco about a two minute walk away. We were looking for a relatively functional place to stay one night somewhere near the Safari Park and found a gem.

Hotel is old and dirty. Location is good.

The location for our visit. The hotel was old. The carpets were wrinkled and not affixed to the floors as well as stained. The tubs and faucets were old and obviously painted over. The complimentary snack basket provided had expired snacks. The entry/pedestrian doors were full of old dead bugs and webs. The small breakfast area was a 1 or 2 rooms that were converted and still had the bathroom next to the eating area. The traffic to get in or out was awful because it is next to In and Out Burger. Those customers took much of the parking that should have been designated for hotel guests. The bed skirts were stained and the beds were comfy enough. Inspite of the circumstances and holiday (Labor Day) we had to sleep somewhere...

10 times better than a continental breakfast sausage bacon, waffles fruit all around good stuff

Bed was super confortable!

Parking ok. Single tiny elevator, difficult to access with broken buttons covered in tape, awful location, people smoking outside, narrow hallways, awful breakfast served in an unused hotel room down the hall, dirty tub, homeless people hitting up guests when exiting property.

Popcorn machine in lobby was broken, breakfast was mediocre, room needed to be renovated, young male lobby staff could never be a concierge...poor customer service and complacent attitude.

Property is old and not maintained Carpet was old the room had moldy smell because of the tub. Electrical Socket plug in bathroom was hanging out of the wall

Breakfast was not very good

I highly recommend this hotel, Let me just say this is on my check list of a Great Hotel and ammenadies.

This was a basic hotel, good price, nice to have breakfast included. Had a fitness center without working air-conditioning (the control in the room didn’t work had to hunt down staff that had a control for the AC by then already finished my workout), not fan, and the fan on the treadmill did not work so not happy about any of that. Would not come back.

Very outdated. Our rooms ceiling patched up. It looked like it had fallen through at some point.

Breakfast was more than Continental, plenty of parking, recommend third floor room as lots of creaky noise from above residents

Very clean and friendly staff. I honestly loved my stay.

Location and the bed was very comfortable, mini split air conditioner Very dates, carpet feels shabby, breakfast room was hot!
